Everytime we've been there it's not good. The cashier is friendly but the other staff seems like they don't wanna be there and the food is either raw,cold,burnt and the mocha frappe was like water. We started going to the one in Hollins it's further away but they are very friendly and the food is fresh and edible and the frappe is done correctly.

The lady who took our order was spectacular. It was the manager herself. She just let my food sit there even though the one who took my order told her what I was waiting for. Piss poor Management she was too worried about drive-thru to care about the customers inside

So this is a medium size property with room for any size rig or RV. The lots were clean, well maintained, well lit and fairly level. The store and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. No guest wifi during today's visit. I had full bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming.

Tried to do a mobile order and the app was glitching out not letting me select a stall. No problem it's happened before I go to the drive thru and tell them and she tells me that I need to give them a code for it. I'd love to give them a code for it but it won't show me a single thing to tell them so I try to tell her and she just tells me she can't do anything without a code. Okay well then refund me because I spent money on the order. Couldn't cancel the order once I drove off because they wouldn't give me the food. I love that they will charge your card before you are even there. I'd love to get my money back for food that I never even received
