Listen I usually never write bad reviews unless it's warranted but who ever is drive thru at 4pm today was totally stupid can't even read a screen right and God only knows if she's smart enough to count I can't even with these stupid people you shouldn't ever be allowed to run a cash register much less run drive through for your sake maybe go back and learn basic math please cause I can't today deal with dumb people.

Just now (4/13/25 11am), drive-thru, ordered 2 cheeseburger meal w/unsweetened tea (which i drink all the time). My chzburgers were very good but have gotten much smaller. I can eat one in about 6 bites. Tea was undeniable, poured it out. French fries were cold, soggy & greasy. I did manage to eat a few but then threw them out. So all this for $10.01. Really!?! This used to be one of my favorite fast food places. The last couple times I've been here it's been the same...lousy. no more. Just lost a customer.

On my trip up 81, I made a stop at this Troutville McDonald's. I placed an order for two McDoubles, a McChicken, and a large fry..I received one Mccrispy and a medium fry! I'm not sure how they get orders so wrong, (maybe mixed up)but the next time, I'll make sure to check my bag before I leave.
I'll give the manager I spoke with over the phone when I called to report this credit.. they were sincerely sorry.. apologized multiple times. I appreciate the sincerity

Dining room randomly closes. Told me they couldn't make me a shake, then made somebody else 10 minutes later. Understaffed.
What a joke and huge waste of money. $75 to feed a family of 5 with 2 coffee. Got 4 burnt McDoubles. Kid working the first window made my wife wait so long while he was on his phone that she moved forward, then he had her back up to the first window to pay.

We brought a bus load of 20 students in at 3pm and the staff handled it great. Our food was served quickly and hot. Leadership is everything, and the manager, Saffire was very conscientious
