I was handed the wrong food and when I pulled back around instead of handing me the right food the employees just sat and argued about his fault it was for like 5 minutes before I got my the correct food. The only reason it's not one star is because of Jackson the employee that gave me the right food. Thnx Jackson if I could give employees ratings by themselves you would be getting five stars

Dine in order with my family. They left 5 things off our order and got another item wrong. Went back to get it fixed, and they still messed up two items. They did not look very busy.

5/5 stars. Food is always bomb and prepared well. Don't even get ne started on customer service, I'm a regular at this taco bell and they have started to remember me and make basic conversation to me, most of the workers look like they are in a decent mood and actually care about your experience. Drive through can be iffy, if you go during a hot hour then you'll most likely be waiting for a minute, but they do reward you for waiting. Had to wait 30 minutes once and was given a free taco. I have only had them screw up my order once when they forgot my chalupa, went back through the line to get it, and they gave me a chalupa AND a $5 giftcard. Safe to say I will be continuing to come to this specific taco bell.

Drive through screws up my order EVERY TIME. Asked for chicken soft tacos, got some sort of disgusting grilled super greasy chicken. I threw most of it away. I called the store, they said no comp unless I had a receipt, which wasn't provided. Shitty customer service 😒 🤬 I usually ask for unsweetened tea, they always give me sugar with tea. Today I didn't bother to get a drink.
