Twice I’ve gone to this location rather than the one on Hershberger because it’s actually closer to me. Both times my order was wrong and when I let them know (very nicely) all the staff just started making drama and being dramatic and arguing. It’s a bunch of high school kids which is fine but they’re rude and inappropriate. Left the drive thru window open while they bad mouthed me when I wasn’t the one who made the mistake. Won’t go back to this location again.

Ordered on the app, and they didn’t everything we paid for.
We made an “ASAP” pickup order on the app during a roadtrip. Drove up 31 minutes later and I believe that’s when they started making it. There was no one else in the drive through and it wasn’t crowded.

This is a bad location and has been for a while. They are slow and a lot of the time they give way less meat than they should. Got a crunchwrap from them yesterday and it was paper thin. They messed up the order even though it was only a couple items. I have given this location a few chances but had to post a review after my order was so bad. Visited mid-day Sunday Oct. 19.

Man they smashed it today. We got 2 boxes, different sized drinks, and they loaded those boxes up with napkins and the sauces we ordered. Everything was made super well. 10/10

There is a sign on the counter to use the kiosk. So we took our own order, which is fine. But everything was dirty. The tables. We wiped one down with a napkin. The bathrooms were dirty. The floor. Even the front counter was dirty. Not a place I'd visit again.

This is a taco bell basically in the middle of nowhere so I didnt have too high expectations. We stopped on our long road trip. It wasn't difficult to get to which is nice. The bathroom was not the worse I've ever seen but not great. Only one stall was operable and it was not the handicapped one. Im on crutches with a boot so it was pretty tight getting into the stall. There was also puddles of water on the floor which is also dangerous on crutches. There were no paper towels, only a hand dryer so we couldn't clean it up. You can only order on a kiosk which was slow and annoying. It took 15 minutes to just place the order for the food. They have no steak options here which made the person in our party who wanted a steak burrito sad. Otherwise the food wasn't bad. I was pretty excited to see they had cool ranch tacos, which I haven't seen in a few years. When we got our food it was missing the drinks and it was really hard to get someones attention to ask for them. The one lady was polite when handing us the drinks. But there was another girl on her phone most of the time I saw here. If you're just doing drive through this isn't a bad stop. But if you want to stop, stretch your legs and go to the bathroom keep going if you can and find another place.

I was handed the wrong food and when I pulled back around instead of handing me the right food the employees just sat and argued about his fault it was for like 5 minutes before I got my the correct food. The only reason it's not one star is because of Jackson the employee that gave me the right food. Thnx Jackson if I could give employees ratings by themselves you would be getting five stars

Lobby was closed, couldn't even order inside so the interior of my truck got soaked from the rain and my pants. If my daughter hadn't insisted on eating at Taco Bell, I'd never eat there again, it's the most poorly managed franchise in America. The chalupa shells were stale and the food was all wrapped sloppily...
