I LOVE Falafel Inc. foods -- especially their chicken shawarma wrap and seasoned French fries paired with any of the sauces available for dispensing -- but word is getting out about this place, their delicious foods, and bargain prices, which is great for them! A consequence of this is longer lines sometimes and less-than-organized ticketing system. On a recent visit, I waited about 30 minutes after ordering my food and never had my number called but saw those who ordered after me get their food orders for the same items I ordered. When I brought this up with an employee, their coworker produced my receipt/ticket from their back pocket o.O. Once they found my ticket, they promptly started making my order. So, if I never said anything, how much longer would I have had to wait for this employee to check their back pockets for my number?? So strange!

The $5 falafel sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I've had in recent memory. Super fresh tasting and perfect size. And the sauces they offer are amazing. I'd go to Tysons just to get a falafel sandwich there.

Food is good. Person taking my order charged me for two bowls when I asked for and am clearly one person. Tapped my phone before I could notice the extra, immediately notified her and was told “you ordered it already”. Not sure how a falafel bowl when asked for hummus turned into two bowls.Cool thanks. Guess I have dinner too now.

Overall, Falafel Inc is very good, but the new chicken shawarma is amazing; the serving is enormous, the chicken is well seasoned, juicy, and flavorful, the bits of pickle inside are tasty, and the massive pita is grilled and crunchy.

The customer service is terrible. As someone who has been going to the Georgetown location with much nicer staff this is a total disappointment. I am allergic to pickles i asked the employee to substitute it with tomatoes in my. Shawarma wrap she said no my manager doesn’t allow it i even offered to pay and she said no my manager wont let me terrible terrible customer service. I have never heard such a thing

The falafel sandwiches at a reasonable price of $5 are good in a soft pita bread. The sandwiches are not big m but you can't expect more for $5. The Tahiti and red sauces are tasty.Delicious french fries ($4.50) are spiced with zaatar, the wonderful Middle Eastern spice.This particular location is in the Tyson mall food court, which is not exactly convenient to get to unless you're there shopping.The service could definitely be friendlier!

Yesterday was the third time i’ve been there where i watched the person at the register check someone out, proceed to touch the pitas with the gloved hand they used to work the register, and past them to the person making the sandwiches/bowls. then watched them switch positions, and the girl making the food went to the register, rung someone up, and proceeded to go back to making sandwiches. Not once did they take off their gloves and put on new ones. The guy who was originally at the register DID take off his gloves! But so that he could scoop the seasoning out of the container and onto the fries. No new gloves. Disgusting!Highly recommend watching them make your food. You’ll want a refund after. Take videos! Hopefully this location gets shut down. I’m sending my video with my complaint to the health department. Super quick and easy to submit a complaint. Highly recommend the Alexandria or Crystal City locations ?
