bad service the lady had an angry face... the place is very dirty they need to clean more the tables, floor and armchair... the ice cream is too sweet... I had to throw it away 11 dlls for nothing, I do not recommend it... ..there are other better ones nearby...I looked for another to enjoy a good ice cream

Sadly not a fan. Great concept of customizing popiscles with toppings, but the freezer burn popsicles were bland and flavorless. The S'mores was a disappointing block of ice. The chocolate hazelnut coating (dark chocolate looked tempting) was a nice finishing touch and the crispy dark chocolate pearls was my favorite topping. The Oreo and Graham cracker dust toppings were too subtle and quickly fell off the popsicle. The popsicles are quite messy to eat! My tot relished her finger lickin' popiscle leaving behind a messy liquid trail while I threw in the towel. The small trays are not large enough to contain the mess. The service was just as icy as the freezer burned popsicle. When I asked about the ingredients of the S'mores popsicle, the young female staff member wearing a hijab coldly answered it's made of gelato and didn't share additional info. I ordered at 8:45pm and my daughter and I were shooed away from sitting inside the shop (they were about to close apparently). Funny thing is that she was still selling popsicles after my daughter finished eating in the communal area and walking back. If the service was better, I would consider coming back. Poor product, terrible service - will not come back!

The place is great but the staff makes it not so great not worth it and made it as if we asked her to do so much. Didn't answer questions just gave attitude and acted as if we killed her

The staff was nice and kind but the girl that they call manager is so rude , the ice cream was amazing but the staff was good expect that rude and mean girl called the manager .

Love the popsicles here but just had a weird experience. Walked up to the popsicle case and watched the two girls working there carry on a conversation for like 5 minutes. Never asked me if I needed help or wanted anything. They clearly saw me standing there staring at them; it was really weird. Then a big group of people who had been waiting behind me walked into the store and they jumped up to help them. I continued standing at the Popsicle case and the girls went to get popsicles and didn't say a word to me. I guess now I'm supposed to get in line behind the big group who got helped but honestly the whole situation is just awkward, so I guess I won't be getting popsicles today. You're being paid to sell popsicles so maybe help people who come into your store??

Lots of interesting flavors. I got the dragon fruit~pink lemonade popsicle and it was decent and fun to eat while I shop at the mall! Love the concept and idea... you can add different toppings on top of the popsicle if you wanted to. I like my plain so didn't add anything but love this idea of popsicles.

Went their twice - last time being past Sunday (June 19) evening and was disappointed both times. Server refuses to serve any topics saying the "toping bar is closed" while all the topping are just laying there right in front of your face. Will be my last visit.

My kid loves rainbow colors and his uncle was in town so he was in for a treat during this day and this place filled his sweet tooth right after our movie night. Although very small (inside Tysons Mall), they make up for it with their service, decorations and ice cream options. And speaking of ice cream, this place has many options considering how small the place is. My kid did all the taste test for me so I can't comment on how it tasted. But the presentation was super cute and he gave me a thumbs up so I think he liked it. So if we're ever back for a movie night, we'll definitely be back!
