This is the second time I have visited this place and they haven’t had orange and carrot twist. This little girl with lipstick was rude about telling me that too.

The worker was really rude (guy curly brown hair, glasses) and made my whole drink ice. I got only one sip of of it and was already so far from the place and was having a bad time didn’t feel like dealing with it. And it was the biggest size and more expensive than Starbucks.

I am so sad that a bad apple is working at a place where the customer service is normally great!. I stopped by Tysons Corner JJ this afternoon and was treated to a highly rude and "low energy girl today. First I stood there for about 5 min and had to just tell her what I wanted! I would still be standing there if I didnt. She clearly felt that I was bothering her !! as she made googly eyes with an asian family she gave FREE smoothies too!......She never gave me the total of my order after standing there for 2 min I just put my card down while she engaged that asian family!Sad service! She needs to work someplace else!

Had a craving for something sweet and healthy, so craving acai. Sadly the only fruit they had left for toppings is bananas. Was still craving sonic order dragon fruit acai. It came out all liquidy instead of semi
Look. i don’t know what happened really but DO NOT get the cold brew drink here dude. Jamba juice really should stitch to the juice part. i can’t even explain the drink i had. my friend almost started crying after taking one sip. but it does have a lot of caffeine so that’s epic . $8 for the worst drink of my life…

Don't buy from here. My kid asked what ingredients were in a juice and when they gave her her drink it didn't taste like it. When I went to complain they said the drink was supposed to be a completely different set of ingredients. Never coming back here again.
