Customer service is just not good here! I asked for not sweet matcha, I got a very sweet one! I asked for water, and they had to all gather together to decide how to provide me with water which I didn’t get at the end with the huge line!
I have gotten coffee from here a few times this week and it being my first experience and it’s been great! Not only is the coffee amazing and taste great, the employees are kind and knowledgeable! They will help you with any questions and love talking about the coffee. Hannah and another lovely girl I didn’t catch her name were both my baristas on different visits and were both great!
