Glad you asked how my experience at Leila in Tysons Corner was on July 2, 2022, as my wife & I were looking forward to dining there again after having a great lunch there a few months ago. When we showed up for our reservation three days ago, we found Leila completely closed up with a heavy-duty combination lock firmly affixed to the handles of the front doors (of which I have a photo). Needless to say we were surprised, disappointed and miffed. Also FYI, Leila required my credit card information to hold my reservation made through OpenTable. Fortunately, I have not seen a charge, but will continue to monitor my AmEx account. With Leila closed, we instead dined at the nearby Seasons 52 where we were unable to use OpenTable to make a reservation as your app showed me dining at Leila at that time. Disappointing experience all around with Leila and the fact that there was no indication with the OpenTable app that it was anything but open and accepting reservations. RIP Leila.

Awesome energy on a Saturday night! Food was super flavorful and music was pumping! Loved the DJ's mix that night. For allergy conscious people this is a little risky place because their understanding of gluten fre swad a little lacking but we were able to make some informed choices even then. Definitely coming here again.

If you have ever seen Catfish or even know what Catfish is, then this restaurant is the epitome of being catfished! We heard so much about this restaurant and just had to check it out. We went here for date night and was extremely disappointed. Our reservation was at the start of dinner hour on a Saturday. First to walk in for opening. Half the menu was not available because it was out of stock. Mined you the menu consist of only about 5 or 6 entrées. 3 were unavailable. When we finally ordered and the appetizer was brought out it was cold. At first we didn't complain. Then when our meals arrived, my husband's rice was refrigerator cold. He told the waiter that it was cold. The waiters response was well the meat is warm so that should help ? we asked for fresh rice and the waiter had an attitude. The vibe is poor. Service is horrible. Food is hit or miss.

Limited menu and they were out of several items (how does an Indian restaurant run out of lamb?) Limited beer selection; specifically no Indian beers, only 3 domestic beers. Outdoor dining was pleasant. The checkout process is electronic with a tablet but requires that you receive a receipt by email. Unfortunately I did not receive my receipt by email (yes I double-checked the email address that I entered)

The atmosphere was great and I will go back for that anytime! Food was OK - kebab was a little dry. Butter chicken and naan were great. Biggest complaint is that as a persian fusion place - the tea that was served was a tea bag!!! Big no no. The service was OK. Not the most pleasant but it was fine.

overall it was an ok one time experience. the vibe and atmosphere was nice. limited food main course selection is still fine but the sharing / small plates where just avg in taste. presentation was nice but lacking in flavor.

One of the managers asked us to move our table in the middle of eating next to hookahs (we don't smoke). When we asked why he stated they had reservations for a party of 14 and 7 and they didn't have any room. When we voiced our concern about how it wasn't our problem he proceeded to let us know that we would be kicked out 2 hours after our reservation so it wouldn't matter. He never introduced himself to us. He was demanding and rude. Ruined our first time there. Would not recommend.
I found this recommendation through Tik Tok and loved the ambiance. My sister and I suggested to sit on the patio which was very pretty. They had regular outdoor seating/ chairs and then booths look like beds. They offered hookah with your food and drinks which stood out for a restaurant. Gave true authentic ambiance. For the food/ drinks it was good. I think I was expecting a more flavorful and spiced food but it was still tasty. Customer service was EXCEPTIONAL and I would definitely come back. Leila was nice. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was great! Our server was Shawn and he was attentive and thorough! The food was also great! I'll definitely return.

I'm middle eastern so I know my people's food. It didn't taste good, plain and simple. There just wasn't any flavor in any of the dishes except for the lamb. Bread had no taste, neither did the rice, falafel, kubideh kabob...I like the music and the ambiance but not the food. Wouldn't come here again.

The not so good: The food was just okay (I mean really okay - almost confused between Middle Eastern and Indian. The paneer was rock solid (it is not supposed to be) and the Biks mocktail (I am not actually sure what that was). The waitress forgot the pani with the pani puri - LOL. Hookah smoke every, people standing on tables, the waiters vaping. Good: Our waiter Reggie. He was excellent, served us with a smile and was attentive. Our group liked the masala wings and the dal makhani.
They're trying really hard to make it a true dining experience. The issue is the portions are small, if you want to make small portions increase the flavor. It was super bland and expensive. I don't think I'll go back ever.

The music was really loud l,so we couldn't heard anything. Serving wasn't good i asked two times for water and we found a hair on plate. But food was really good. I only recommend there because of food
i personally saw them place my food in the microwave to hear it up. when i received the food, the outside of it was scorching hot, while the inside was extremely cold, like a piece of ice. i informed them that i did not want it, and they took the food back. i ordered other stuff, and it was not the best quality of food. the garlic naan was burnt, and i received 4 extremely small pieces of chicken that was worth $20. please save your money and go elsewhere.
