Very disorganized and the wait was absurd. NOT TO MENTION THE GIRL WAS HANDLING THE CASH REGISTER AND DIRTY MONEY THEN TOUCHING EVERYONE’S FRIES! No gloves! Disgusting!!!!

This location is always having issues every time i have tried to stop here. After sitting at the order window for 10 minutes there was no answer or person talking or greeting us, we pull around to talk with the window, proceed to wait another 10 minutes just to get told we cant help you, our head set died and we have people waiting. Yet they were able to take the orders of the people in front of me and behind me with no issues? Highly unsatisfied, highly irritated, hire professionals, it does not take 10 minutes to change a headset battery, coming from a manager of a different fast food chain. Step up your game, or fire and hire people who can do the job right.

I was glad to see Arby's come back to Verona. I've gotten food there numerous times and it was good. The drive thru is hit or miss. Some days are quick, other days you sit in line and wait. Made order today and had 2 cars ahead of me. After 10 minutes of no movement, I left with no food.

I was just at the Verona location and went through the drive-thru and was told the drive there was closed I did not understand fully what he said I asked him to repeat himself and was ignored I proceeded to call the store and was told drive-thru's closed and if I wanted to order I could come inside and I was hung up on I called back and I asked to speak to the manager and The young man that had previously hung up on me said said it was him and then hung up the phone I called back again and was told "I don't have to tell you my name" whoever you have working second shift calling their self your manager needs to be replaced absolute worst experience ever and your people need to be trained in customer service and if they can't run their store they need to be fired. It's completely understandable to be busy and overwhelmed it is never okay to be rude to people that are not being rude to you.
Had another person call and he said his name was Michael.
Edited to add ... Received a phone call today 9/8/24 from the manager she was very professional and apologetic about the situation.

The Three Amigos Tv

Roast beef was severely undercooked.
Had no problem trading it out for a different item but this should never had got served.
Several other people returned there’s while I was there and the employee stated tha it had looked that way all day.
So that must make it ok then??

Arby's is my favorite fast food! Great choices for the non-beef eater, (turkey gyro favorite) and they have the BEST sides (my daughter's favorite mozzarella sticks. And the jalapeño poppers with the dipping sauce are amazing!)

Maybe we should have known better than to roll in here at 830 pm but the restaurant appears to be new and we didn't want food from the place down the street.
The food was terrible; Buffalo chicken sandwich was barely warm, fries were not hot - both curly and crinkle, iced tea was definitely old, turkey bacon ranch sandwich (ordered *without* onions but came with them anyway) soggy. Not sure how a sandwich like that gets soggy to be honest, but the meat seemed wet, the bread was soaked on one side and the tiny turkey shavings fell out all over the place while trying to eat it. Gave up half way through. Just inedible. Would not recommend this location at all.
(Cashier at drive through was polite however.)

On August 10, 2024 at 9:53pm I was to pick up my order that I made online and paid for and guess what lights all off doors locked and no one in sight..No food and money gone out of my debit account for no service or explanation, phone call email NADA!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I KNOW OR MEET ... AND WANT MY MONEY THAT WAS DEBITED, CREDITED BACK THE SAME WAY IT CAME OFF FOR FOOD I DID NOT EAT OR HAVE THE MEANS OF PICKING UP ORDER MADE WITH NO WAY IN ...REFUND REQUESTED ...

Placed an online order at 7:41pm and my order was not ready even at 8:58pm…… had to cancel the order… did they have to go butcher the cows and chicken or dig the potatoes prior to making the meal? I don’t ever leave reviews or complain but come on guys that’s unacceptable

Listen to sadly owned by the same franchisees that care less about their customers in Stanton no Dollar Tree on the menu and they won't work with you on any special but in this situation they don't care because they're going to get money coming off the interstate because they don't have to do better they don't have to care about their regular customers which is really sad I wish they would lose their franchise
