I’m picky about iced coffee, but I love how easy the online menu was to navigate and have my drink exactly the way I wanted it!”

“I've been here several times around lunch time and have always had a good experience. Service was prompt and the food seemed fresh. I've never seen the dining room very busy during lunch hours, but there's usually a short line when I come. There is not a lot of parking however.”

After the second bite, the torrent hit and Calvin appeared to hustle us and our meals indoors to dryer accomodations. Thank you, Calvin for great service!!! “We just had an excellent dinning experience for our family Christmas dinner. Staunton was a greet meeting spot for our family to all gather. It was all perfectly done. Even though we had some guests show up late the staff was super accommodating and attentive. The food was excellent. I had the best short rib dish I have ever had. The salmon was cooked perfectly with a very delightful cream sauce. The mushroom ravioli was also excellent. All portions were generous but also balanced. The service was great all the staff was so pleasant and everyone seems to enjoy what they were doing. The wine was excellent and the bar made excellent classic cocktails including a manhattan. Everyone should try Queen City bistro! I can’t wait to come back!”

“10 out of 10 the best pastries!!! Came across this business on FB a few days before a field trip to Staunton, VA for my daughter. Field trip day was Thursday and Giancarlo is only open for retail hours on Friday’s and Saturday’s. I was so bummed, but I sent a message to see if they would let me make a special order for Thursday pick up, and they did!!! We ordered three tarts. A chocolate raspberry, a chocolate espresso and a lemon. AMAZING!!! Giancarlo uses the most delicious chocolate I have ever tasted! And the lemon was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. This bakery is a MUST visit!”
