Bad bad bad. We usually like to come here. They opened on August 17 without enough help and had to shut the front door and close. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. We paid with Apple Pay so they wouldn’t or couldn’t refund. Everyone else was getting their order but us. They are not allowed to call anyone like the owner. 1) They should have never opened 2) the only reason people go to a fast food restaurant is to get food fast. Someone else here ordered food online and got completely different food. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back. I guess we stuck here until we get our food or we are out $50. Finally got food. The order was messed up but we had no choice but to eat what we got. We had plans that are all messed up now. Next time, we are going to little Maria’s. If you own this restaurant, you need to take some action.

Will walk right by you when standing at the counter waiting for service as if your not there. Very rarely get an order right. Milkshakes are rarely actually blended. Rude staff management no where to be found in the evenings leaving a crew of teenagers unsupervised to run things.

Took my family and dogs to this dairy queen drive-thru, (I've been coming here since a child) to say dissatisfied is an understatement. When i went to pay the cashier would not say one word! Not one!!!! When i pointed out the 6 dollar sunday that we ordered didnt have the extra syrup wasnt add still no words. Didnt ask for my code that I made clear when ordering that i had, but again dude would have had to speak. When we got home to enjoy our frozen treat we started noticing other things.... like no spoon for a banana split we ordered, no dog bones in pup cup (not a big thing) then upon eating banana split there was NO BANANA in it!!!!! Like what! I called the store and was making a complaint and the supervisor on duty Alex told me to drive all the way back and he would issue refund but was very very unprofessional (sounded like young kid maybe) couldn't give me any help or reassurance that it would t happen again. Oh and to make matters worse i never got a receipt! I have loved this dairy queen my whole live but after this. I'm more likely to start going to a local ice cream shop.

I don't usually leave reviews but this is about the 7th time I have been unsatisfied.. poor service, just a bunch of kids that don't care about customer service.. I'd like to post a picture but can't. Unbelievable!!

Awful experience with this one. Terrible customer service, no hello or total at the window. Just a hand for payment. And then after waiting close to 10 minutes expecting a hot meal. Giving ice cold chicken tenders. Very disappointed.

Had a similar experience as a previous reviewer. Went on Saturday night and the area for making sundaes and blizzards was a train wreck. No one cared about customers trying to order inside. Three employees, including the manager, made direct eye contact with me multiple times and ignored me. One of them pulled his phone out and started checking his phone at the register while I'm trying to get my food I ordered. I gave up. I'm not sure what's up with the Sat night crew, but this was awful. The food I did manage to get from my order was fine though.

I hate giving bad reviews. On a Saturday afternoon visited the Verona Dairy Queen, stopped by for a kids cone and small milkshake. Five people walking around, took forever to get my order taken. The whole counter where they make blizzards was a disaster. Stuff spilled, trash laying everywhere. No one seemed to know what they were doing nor cared and moved at a snails pace. It then took an additional 15 plus minutes to get my cone and shake. No one seemed to care I was standing there waiting so long. Several peoole started complaining and the girl who took my order finally asked what i was waiting on. Three blizzards had sat on the counter so long they had melted because no one ever notified anyone they were ready. I watched every cup of ice cream or sundae given to the drive through dripping down the side of the cup. Absolutely no care given. Everyone was waiting and very angry. Total mess. Will not go back.

Was ordering the 2 items for $5 and the server kept asking me what size I wanted. I had to point out the sign to her and tell her just what it says on the sign. She may have been new so no biggie. Then the ketchup dispenser was empty. She gave me packets but they never came out to fill up the dispenser. Every table was dirty and there was no one else in the dining area.

was there just 15 mintues ago and will never go back. Had kids working in the front? They didn’t even know how to run the register and the manager I guess her name Raven was very rude and mean and I told her she needed to lighten up people like that should not be in customer service in any shape or form. Do not recommend at all food was awful messed up my whole order and since I was home, I didn’t go back, but I’ll never go back to that restaurant again. I would wouldn’t even give it one star.

Im not an english major but there is a distinct difference in the words “honey barbecue” and “regular” chicken tenders. Also. Im pretty sure you guys knew what you were doing because I have 1 (one) regular chicken tender on the amalgamation of honey barbecue you guys gave me. Train your employees to listen to customers instead of dig in their butt.
