Extremely slow service. Employees just stand there with their backs turned. Ordered 3 sandwiches for the family. Took 24 minutes the sandwichs were lukewarm to cool till we got them. Definitely not worth wasting your time.

Wow....there was sooooo many gnats in the beverage area. Not a single other person in the restaurant yet it was filthy. The fries were cold and dry. Very disappointing.

literally every time I come there is something wrong with the food one time I came and they served as a hamburger that was hard as a rock. my kids loved the chicken tenders so I stopped to get chicken tenders this evening and I asked for them to be cooked fresh only one of the orders was cooked fresh like the difference isn't obvious I also ordered two honey mustard chicken wraps with no cheese and extra lettuce the chicken tenders and the wraps were old and they had a lot of cheese and very little lettuce. the managers at this store need to train these young people that they got running the place how to do their job and to actually care about the food that they're sending out because they don't seem to care at all. do better

So I haven't eaten here for alot of years,I go today order a meal as my wife does,I got the Swiss mushroom my wife got the star burger the meal......now the young boy African American sweet kid makers he was nice.the store was a wreck,flies and gnats everywhere floors nasty tea urns lid and side gross,I was wicked hungry took my food to go live 4 min away,after seeing how nasty it was I still ate the burger n fries :( although it was good I really don't want to imagine ya know? I won't be returning tho its just WAY TOOOO DIRTY.I don't suggest going here

I had my order messed up and instead of being rude towards me the staff was extremely professional and polite. Remade my order with speed and efficiency. The young Cashiers (male and female) were exceedingly polite to me. Will return for my chicken needs, the FOH staff was jovial and even made small talk with me while my order was remade.
