McDonald's is said to open at 5:00 a.m. I went through the drive-thru after already placing an online order and no one ever came to the drive-thru I waited over 20 minutes rode around three times back to the drive-thru cars behind me pulled off you can see employees inside but no one is coming to the drive-thru

The layout makes it extremely difficult to get staff attention. Everyone is in the back. If you have a mobile order they keep it back there until they are ready to bring to the front even though you can see it is ready and been ready. They focus on Drive-Thru and ignore dine-in customers. Its quite frustrating, especially when I see older customer come in who can't or don't want to use the kiosk. I've seen a lot of irritated customer in their lobby.

It was 90 plus degrees outside but it still felt cooler than being inside the bldg. Saw quite a few flies in dining room area. All tables were dirty. No one at counter so had to use kiosk to order. Food took a little bit to get but best thing about entire visit was chocolate chip cookies were made fresh and were still warm. Had been several years since had visited this location and will be at least that long before go back. Road from stop light to get to this location needs paving - very bumpy and pot holes.

Shift manager did a very good job replacing my hamburger I would hire him at my store, however the cook in the back should be retrained. When presenting anyone with their food. Whether it's wrapped up for hidden it should be appetizing to look at. Not a piece of meat that looks like it's already been shoot and stuck on there. The condiments weren't even evenly placed. But the manager did do an excellent job he went back he had it replaced even fixed it even when there was something that wasn't even on there.. the manager went back there and made sure that it looked perfect before I left. I wish I remembered his name he did an excellent job. He gets five stars for me.

Every single table but maybe two were extremely filthy. Some employees were just standing around so they of course couldve been cleaning the dining room while they had nothing to do. One of the employees were giving out free drinks to this one customer that hit a vape inside of the restaurant, and even asked the customer if the person waiting in the car also wanted a drink. They did not pay for either if the drinks, and the employee knew. My fries were nasty as if they were refried a couple times. Fries should only be refried ONCE and should NOT be sitting out for a long period of time. Management really needs to pay attention to their stores better.
This was the most disgusting McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The flies were unbelievable… I moved three times trying to find a table to eat at that wasn’t swarming with flies. If this is what we see, I can imagine what behind the scenes is like. I’d be ashamed if I owned or managed an establishment like this!

I ordered a #7 Meal with lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, and pickle. One of the burgers was right but the other was just a plain burger. Usually it comes with onions but they decided that was important either. So they knew what they were doing. Do not recommend coming here. PLUSS, they had the audacity to put one pickle. Worthless.
