We were less than pleased with our stop here. The food was so so. Our order was missing items, so we had to ask for them. The place wasn't clean.

Went through drive thru after work and wanted fries and a double quarter pounder. Told the girl NO ONIONS and NO PICKLE. She repeated it back to me and I paid. When I got home, not only was it the wrong burger, it said on the ticket ONLY PICKLE and ONLY CHEESE. Onion, tomato, mayo, pickle and lettuce were on this burger. I usually don’t write a review because I use to work at Hardee’s but when it’s literally repeated back to me, I can’t take it anymore. Couldn’t even eat my burger. Basically am going to be hungry.

After persistent issues with my orders here I decided to update my review to reflect the current situation here. Service is hit or miss, food is sometimes good, but orders are typically wrong.

Not only do their workers just stand around talking, making one dude do all the work, but now their ice cream machine is obviously not working. Classic.
We have ordered quite a bit from this particular place and the last several times we've been missing items. Today the manager who we spoke to over the phone was absolutely no help and quite rude. We will not go back.

The Manager tonight admitted to knowingly serving raw burgers all day today, I called to let them know my burger was RAW and she said “I’m so sorry about that, we’ve been getting calls all day about raw burgers” that’s not safe!

I ordered online and got my order and it only had one of the 4 sauces I went back in there and asked for them this rude lady was like well you only got two four piece nuggets do you really need all of that? Um yes why are you asking it’s none of your business I ordered it. So she went and got the wrong sauces! I’m so upset about this it’s ridiculous

Somehow spent $25 on four sandwiches, two waters, and fries. The burgers were slapped together, cheese wasn't melted on the side. My spicy chicken sandwich had almost no sauce, two sad pickles. Fries were cold. One of the worse McDonald's
