Pre-ordered out food and still waited in drive through for over 25 min for a plain double cheese burger and 2 French fries, the girl working drive through walking around on her phone! Once we got our order the French fries were cold! Came during night shift their was no line. They were not busy! Unsure what their deal is... will be going to another location from here on.

Hungry after class so I went to the Verona McDonald's drive thru at 8:15pm on a Tuesday night, and waited in line because the cars were not moving for a long time. Finally I ordered a McChicken Sandwich and a small fry and started driving home. I pulled out the sandwich and the bread was hard as toast. The French fries were cold. Most disgusting food I have ever gotten at a McDonald's. Threw my food in the trash and called and complained after I arrived home. Obviously the sandwich had stayed on the warmer longer than than it was supposed to. Wasn't about to drive 5 miles back to get my money refunded, but I won't eat there again.

Drive through order egg micmuffin and coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar. Got egg biscuit and black coffee. Had already down the road before we noticed. From now on, I will check the bag before I leave

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo. Took my money then gave me my drink at the second window asked to pull up. 12 cars thru the drive thru that's when I started counting and 10 mins later food delivered. French fries cold and limp sandwich warm mayo and two pickle slices this was my meal $9 and some change later. Reason number .... Why I don't frequent McDonald's!
