Just walked in to get 2 simple sandwiches 25 minutes until closing, both workers were standing outside and then when we walked in said they couldn't do our order because they had already started their evening "counts." Simply lazy

Walked into the store with 17 orders that I had printed out specifically what each person wanted. After waiting for 15 minutes I decided to talk to the staff about my order and the lady working behind the counter who was in charge directed me to place the order online. So I complied. Almost 45 minutes later after placing two orders online (because the subway app will only let you order 10 subs at a time) I checked on my two orders and the lead mgr said we have not begun to make those subs. Online orders were not a priority compared to people walking in placing orders for subs. WHAT?! I asked why did you tell me to place my orders online KNOWING she was not going to make them?!! I demanded a refund, her reply, we cannot do online refunds!!!!!!!! Wow I was hot. Another lady who placed an online order said she couldn’t wait (after being there for 20 minutes) Left her online order she paid for and walked out. I sat and watched after 90 minutes of waiting while they made our subs and customers walked in and the lead mgr said I am sorry we have to finish this order and cannot take your order. Several customers turned around and walked out! After 2 hours I had my subs. However instead of 17 I had 4 extra subs that they accidentally duplicated!!!!!!!!!!!! After I ASKED them to PLEASE make the subs in order the way I placed them online. They messed it up STILL. When I got back to our board meetings they did not fulfill the orders correctly and we had to personally open each sub to figure out who’s sub was whose. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. WE WILL NOT ORDER SUBWAY AGAIN, IT IS OFF OUR LIST. I only want to hopefully prevent anyone from going to this subway EVER.THERE IS ANOTHER LOCATION BY WEIRS CAVE! GO THERE! The level of incompetence at the 211 location is astounding!

Everything was great. People were nice and working hard. The girls was clean the heck out of the tables. Good job. We ordered online and picked them up 20 mins later. Everything was the way we asked ( and my girlfriend is super picky) and was ready to go.
