I can not figure out how to get in contact. I placed an order last Friday and they could not make the puppy ice creams. The manager there at the time was a temp. And she could not help me. I placed the order through the web page but she says it was doordash ans could not help me and told me to email.

Exciting place to stop by after lunch or dinner. Ice cream is a bit on the pricier side, and they do charge a bit for the sugar cones. However, the Chocolate Therapy and Phish Food flavors are absolutely amazing. I used to get Half Baked, but recently started to fall in love with the Chocolate Therapy. I take time to decide on my order, and the servers are always so patient and understanding with my questions.

I don’t think it tastes good for me, I would like try other brands. It taste like there are very small ice cubes in the ice cream. not silky enough.

Terrible experience, got there to order icecream and the two guys were just hanging out in the kitchen; chatting with other teenagers that were coming in and out from the kitchen. Why do they allow people that are not employees to hang out in their kitchen area?? At the time of asking for a sample, they just ignored us. We ask for a waffle cup with two scoops; the server just gave us "half of a scoop" we had to ask her to complete the serving size. The manager should pay more attention to the customer service. The restoom was not cleaned and one of the seating tables was broken.

The traffic and parking situation can be a logistical headache. You might not only getting a headache, from how fast you eat ice cream. Parking in here is, let's just say park in the back if you can. When I eat ice cream I want to relax. This isn't the optimal spot for that. Yet I do recommend it. The reason is simple.It's the employees who make it welcoming. Very good customer service here. Even when it does get busy, all of their folks are polite and efficient. As for the prices, Ben and Jerry's is expensive. There's no getting around that. Most of their choices are full of flavor and fresh. My recommendation is to go with a waffle cone.

I don’t support businesses who do not support this country. I will be taking my business to Cold Stone indefinitely in response to the Ben and Jerry’s anti-American announcement on July 4th, 2023.
A wide range of famous flavors is in store at this shop, including sunflower and almond based ice creams in addition to traditional ice creams and sorbets. There's certainly something to please everyone and I appreciate the use of wooden utensils as that makes a positive impact on reduction of plastic in the environment.

The free cone day was way much better than DQ's event, which was just a tiny half size cone. The line was short and quick. Staffs were very friendly and patient. I went adventurous and got the chunky money which was okay. Just wish they had a flavor with chocolate and nuts.

So I am standing in front of the cashier with two people there attempting to get some samples and order and they completely ignore me until I ask for their attention. Beyond that the ice cream was just ok and they also didn’t have the shakes or sundaes which I wanted. Would not back.
