I came in last night & it was so crazy busy. The line was almost out the door & the poor guy (I think his name was Nigel) was all by himself and he was so patient with all of us. I really appreciate him having a positive attitude while helping us because I could see how overwhelming that all could have been.
I had such a great experience at Ben & Jerry’s thanks to Nigel! I was being super indecisive, I must’ve changed my mind at least five times 😂 but he was so patient and made me laugh it off instead of feeling awkward. He had such a great attitude and genuinely made the whole experience fun.
The ice cream was amazing (as always), but Nigel’s customer service really stood out. You can tell he enjoys what he does and cares about making people’s day...

Ben and Jerry's Vienna shop did catering for a big family party (75 people). It was a breeze to do the ordering and arrangements with Kyle. The friendly servers showed up, set up, served, cleaned up, all as expected without me getting distracted to supervise, so I could enjoy my guests. And everybody loves ice cream!. Highly recommend.
