Jessica was a great waitress. Timely and informative. Helped us select our dinner and dessert.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to our server, Molly! She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. Throughout our meal, she was attentive without being overbearing, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Thank you, Molly, for making our visit to BJ’s such an enjoyable one — we’ll definitely be back!

Our waitress, Kayley, was really great! She recommended the kickin chicken sandwich, which sounded great (and it tasted great too)! The soups were really good and came out quickly. The prime rib was good, and the coleslaw was really good. Will be back!

BJ’s Brewhouse absolutely nailed it with both the pizza and the pizookies. The pizza came out perfectly balanced — crispy on the outside, soft in the center, and loaded with high-quality toppings that actually tasted fresh, not frozen. You can tell they care about flavor execution and consistency. Then came the showstopper: the pizookie. It’s basically dessert perfection — warm, gooey, slightly crispy cookie dough topped with creamy ice cream that melts into every bite. The portion was generous enough to share, but so good you won’t want to. BJ’s Brewhouse definitely delivers a top-tier dining experience that feels both indulgent and elevated.

First time visit this location, it was easy to find, but the parking was confusing since there are multiple buildings nearby , therefore for first comer can get confused as for where to park for BJ.

Service was decent , we came in between meals time, the restaurant was fairly empty, our waiter was very attentive and try to crack some jokes with us as well.

Food quality, and pricing is consistent with other locations . From the deep dish pizza to kids meal, to ribs , spaghetti , chicken tenders , chicken wings and cocktails everything was delicious.

The service was great, the beer is always amazing, the Pazooki was delicious.
The food was terrible, absolutely terrible. My mother ordered the boneless wings, and they came out so fried that it tasted like it was just burnt breading, it was very hard, inedible
My hamburger was terrible, but I was hungry, so I ate it.
I did complain about the food, but did not ask for a refund. I just wanted them to know. It wasn’t the first time I’ve been to this restaurant, but it has been a long time.
They did not charge me for the boneless chicken.
The manager, Oscar, never came out to say hi or apologize. Poor management.
They are off my list.

We had an amazing meal here! The bacon and guacamole burger was so flavorful and well cooked. Plus the gluten free bun had me questioning if it was actually gluten free! Kids meals were cheap and yummy.

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful! She provided amazing, timely service throughout our meal and was attentive without being overbearing. Everything we needed was taken care of quickly, and her friendly demeanor made our dining experience even better. Highly recommend her!

Ariana was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. Her warm personality made us feel welcome right away. She anticipated our needs without us asking and kept everything running smoothly the entire time. Drinks were always refilled on time, food came out perfectly, and she checked in just the right amount without ever being overbearing. Ariana had a great balance of efficiency and kindness, and she carried herself with genuine care. Her service elevated the entire dining experience and made us want to come back again. Truly one of the best servers we’ve ever had!

Great experience, excellent food, exceptional server. Went on a Saturday at 7pm, was sat and attended to immediately, server knew all the important things to mention on the menu. Had one thing in mind to order but was introduced to the three course option available on weekends. Excellent! I’ve read reviews that were positive and negative. My experience was nothing but positive. Jessica provided top shelf service.
