Edwin helped me out today, And let me tell you he is the sweetest person ever and is so understanding. Today was my birthday and I was trying to download the app and trying to get the reward, but I had some difficulties with it. But edwin on the other hand And told me not to worry about it. He has made my whole week thank you so much, edwin if you’re seeing this!!!!!
I usually love Cava. However, this Cava was lacking. No friendly help. I felt like it was in a cattle call. I had to get a code to use the restroom. Needless to say, the restroom needed attention! I told them as I was leaving.
The best surprise was when I opened my sparkling water in the car and was immediately drenched! I said a few choice words as I wiped every surface in the front seat, door, steering wheel and dash. Not going back to this Cava ever!
