Went to Chipotle location but they refused to offer $6 discount because I wasn’t dressed up enough. The customer ahead of me wore a yellow shirt and still got the deal. Also, another customer wore a superhero t shirt (I did the same) and got the deal. However, the lady at the register refused to give me the same $6 deal. Why offer the deal if employees get to pick and choose who gets the offer?

I have ate at chipotles all over NOVA and this chipotle is theeeee best! It taste like back in the day when chipotle had good quality, you can tell.

Have been eating Chipotle for years. Our order was timely, but we all came away with the same observation - where is the protein? Maybe there is a new scooper that is significantly smaller than I’m used to, but our meals barely had any protein. My son had a kids meal and didn’t have enough meat to make the two wraps. There was only one other group seated, but all the tables were messy and chairs not orderly. Will not come back to this location.

I've been a regular customer at this Chipotle for the past four months, visiting every week. The restaurant is well-managed, and I’ve always enjoyed the food—until recently. Over the last two weeks, I've noticed a significant increase in the saltiness of the food. Initially, I thought it might be a one-time issue, so I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, this week the food was again so salty that I couldn't even finish my bowl. It's really disappointing because I used to love their food. It seems that they might have changed some ingredients, leading to this overwhelming saltiness. I hope they revert to their previous recipes soon, as I would love to continue enjoying their meals.

Every time I come here there is this skinny Hispanic kid who serves food who looks so miserable to be working there. Doesn’t acknowledge your hello’s and rolls his eyes every time you tell him what you want in your bowl/burrito. He should not be working in customer service.

This is tired time I’m going to this location. And they’re out of everything. We went for dinner at 8 pm. They were out of steak. Salsa and sour cream.. The server was digging to salsa’s container and dumped all the watery salsa that left on the container to my bowl. Tables didn’t get clean up. Same as 2 other times. Always ran out of food or drinks. I’m not sure how they can stay open until 11 pm. When they don’t have anything available around 8 pm.
