This is my go to chipotle but lately the service has been horrible, there an older Hispanic lady who’s been there for sometime now that always has the most horrible & nastiest attitude. I always try to smile & speak to her nicely but she seems to be horrible working there. I will pay extra for meat & whatever condiments I like, she always gives smallest scoops & if I ask for a little more she will have an attitude. She has thrown the scooper once as well, at this point it makes me not even want to order extra just to not speak to her. Now I go to the chipotle a little more down the street from this location because the service is great & the food is great as well. She either needs to be let go or someone needs to speak to her about her attitude & how to serve the portions.

I bought 2 bowls around 9:15 pm. The guy don't have a guacamole in the container and instead of getting in the kitchen he cleaned and rub the entire container to get some guacamole. He added a very very less amount of guacamole. He was like I am bothering him when I asked him that you don't have any guacamole then he didn't reply. I think he forcefully working and not willing to provide good service to the customer. Terrible service. Never going to visit again here.

Shockingly poor quality food delivered:1. Burrito not fully wrapped in foil or tortilla, tortilla dry and crunchy, tortilla torn apart.2. Burrito not fully wrapped in tortilla3. Double chicken Burrito bowl crushed, missing second portion of chicken.4. Caritas Burrito bowl crushed missing most of carnivalI took the Burrito that was most offensive to the store. The store manager begrudgingly refunded the money after initially denying that they were responsible for the quality, suggesting the delivery person was responsible. After refunding the food cost, there is the delivery and service fee delta. I suggested he issue a gift card for the delta, and he denied having gift cards. Sure.The moral of the story is that without acknowledging a quality issue, I am hesitant to believe there will be improvements. Also, if a customer is inspired to show up after a delivery of your unsatisfactory products, you should probably do your level best to remedy the situation, because they are most certainly going to be inspired to share their experience.

It had to have been this woman’s first day on the job wrapping burritos ?, bc…literally this is the ugliest thing I have ever been served in years today. It was oblong in shape and for chipotle standards small in stature. Amateur hour at this location.

I will not go here again. Alway have old rice and old vegetables the workers are rude. They get annoyed real fast and want to get in and out no matter what they slap on ur food. Manager is weak and has a weak approach. Common sense would be to have freshe food out around 5.

asked for burrito bowl and she started doing a regular burrito, burrito bowl to go without cover ...come on,they need service training .yesterday I ordered online the app said is ready but was not ready, wrong soda, Coca-Cola by sprite . one time is ok but all the time not good

Went to this location at 7:50pm. There were about 7 people working and I had 4 orders to place. There was almost no white rice left. I didnt think it would take too long for them to make white rice, I mean it’s chipotle on a busy evening. They proceeded to make 2 of the meals with scraps of rice (the meals will not fill anyone up). After about 5 mins I asked how long it would take to get more white rice and I received no answer and was met with attitude by multiple employees. I decided to get brown rice, the employee put a child’s size serving of rice and chicken in the bowl! Does this location having a food shortage? I left with only 3 meals and will NEVER be going to this location again. Not only does there seem to be a food shortage but the employees have zero customer service and nasty attitudes. If I could give a zero I would. Oh after I finished in there guess what, still no sign of white rice. Do better Chipotle

This is a one star review only because I can't leave zero stars. The worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Our kids' school had a fundraiser there, and we got in line at 5:20 or so. We finally had our food at 6 pm. There were 10-12 people in front of us, so it's not as if the line was particularly long. The guy doing the fillings was clearly high as a kite, and was moving as if he were stuck in a mix of quicksand and molasses. The person working the register was near incapable of doing it on his own, which meant the guy starting the orders had to constantly go and help. That guy that was starting the orders was the only one who seemed good at his job, when he was allowed to do it instead of helping out the other two duds. He was also the one constantly running to refill everything. The fact that there were only three employees out front on a fundraiser night was the main problem, but two of the three employees being incapable of doing their own jobs was easily just as bad. The sad thing is, we saw a lot of families we know getting out of line because the service was so terrible. Which means the school missed out on raising money. Hopefully that means this Chipotle won't be on the fundraising roster next year.

Quick and fast. I wish they had more Meat options. Their food is to spicy for me, but it does the job when you have nothing in frig, hard working staff and the space is well kept and its clean.
