Haven’t been to Coldstone in a while and was really looking forward to getting a Founder’s Favorite. The ice cream was okay but not amazing. The waffle bowls/cones were made in advance and left out on the counter, so they were soft and horrible. The staff who helped me didn’t do any special mixing as it was probably a slow day, but then they asked if I wanted to add tips when I paid by card. After reading other reviews, this is probably just not a great location. Will try the one in Mosaic next time.

The employee that waited on me was in a daze. When I asked him to mixed my ice cream he just stopped and stared at me as if I requested something foreign to him. The experience was very strange and unsettling. I will revert to grocery store purchases going forward if this is the norm.

The ice cream was fine - same as it's been. I ended up getting charged for bigger cups than what we got - two kids cups were charged as "Like It". I mentioned this multiple times to two different people ringing me up. The second person was more concerned about adding a tip after charging my card with the wrong items. He was very persistent about the tip. After I explained this again his proposed solution was to give us more ice cream - which I rejected, since we already ordered four cups with the sizes that we wanted.

Management probably changed. I asked for oreos in the ice cream and they gave me regular vanilla ice cream. The employee seems to forget to give us the ice cream pine that we ordered and it was super old. When I was paying, he asked for tips very directly. Won't be going back to this location.

Just ordered my ice cream from this place. I demanded my topping to be mixed in and the girl behind the counter refused to do so and only agreed to put them on top. Not sure why she is so lazy to get topping mixed in and she even have the face to demand me for tip when I paid. She also didn't bother offering a receipt. A lot of red flags to this place. Don't bother to visit.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We came in and they served 5 people before us even though we were in line. HIGHLY IRRITATED. We waited for 45 minutes just to place our order and then our orders were wrong. close this location. fire the workers they werent even wearing name tags.

I don’t really go leave bad reviews but today was a unpleasant experience. Skip this location and head to Mosaic if you want Cold Stone. I was served with someone mixing ice cream and mix-ins without cleaning the slab and grabbing the mix-ins with their hand without using tongs or scoops like they should.
I almost never give negative reviews but this places deserves a zero star if possible. Went in with 2 kids and my wife on a Monday evening. Place was completely empty. 2 employees were chatting in the back and didn’t even bother checking in the front for 10 mins if there were any customers. The guy scooping Icecream was almost doing it with his hands and his excuse was that they didn’t have the right scoops. It’s okay I didn’t mind and understood. But then an Uber eats driver came to pickup his order. He accidentally ran into the window thinking it was the door. These two kids visibly laughed in front of him. It was an accident and he’s your customer, have some manners. No wonder the place was empty when all the other restaurants next door were full. Reading other reviews here it is apparent that this is a result of poor management. I hate it when employees and managers ruin it like this for the franchise. I hope they learn from this and improve. A cold stone empty on a summer evening is alarming

The worst service EVER. I placed an order for an ice cream cake for a coworkers birthday who will be out of town starting tomorrow. His birthday is on sunday 9/11. I placed the order tues 9/6 and they unfulfilled the order and argued with me saying I didn't give them enough time to place the order. Wtf? And they couldn't issue a refund and said i had to call the managers cell phone. And when the manager didn't answer they told me maybe he's praying and to keep calling until he answered. What kind of service is this??? If you can't fulfil the order, contact me or give the order to another nearby location or SOMETHING. If not, give me my refund. Ridiculous, will never shop here again, order from cheesecake factory instead. Smh what a waste of my time and money.

This the by far the best dessert place. You must try their oreo shake and brownie I cream with pecans. They also have various icecream cake options you can try .

I love Coldstone but you cant advertise "order ahead of time and skip the line" when the order is never complete and ready for pick up at the communicated time. Was told by the website my order would be ready by 7:50pm and wasnt ready until 15 or mins so later. I love Coldstone and it isnt the fault of the employees as this location is constantly busy and understaffed. This has happened multiple times.

As a general rule, Stone Cold Steve Creamery is pretty great. Delicious ice cream, great mixed concoctions (I'm partial to the strawberry blonde ... that is, the ice cream ... ), shakes, uh... cakes? Yeah sure, cakes. But this place ... this place. Is variable. Sometimes it's a-okay. Good service, great product, what's not to like. Other times the service is commensurate with what I'd expect from my own teenagers. And every once in a while the line is long enough you've lost your taste for ice cream before you've gotten to the front of the line. Heaven forefend you have little folks with you. And then there was that one time the playlist was 100% NSFW. I mean ... given who I was with and when I was there I thought it was great. If, on the other hand you have opinions about language in music ... uh, well ... yeah you'd have had some concerns. So, like a fortune cookie or (I hear) a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get.
