Went in and was looking to order.. 1st there was someone working on a ladder I tried to use the other door it was locked so I had to walk through his work station to get past and got the white dust in my face from whatever he was working on.. From the moment I stepped into Cold Stone, the smell of freshly baked waffle cones hit me like a warm hug. The store was clean, bright, and filled with the cheerful sound of staff singing birthday tunes and mixing ice cream creations on the signature frozen granite stone.

We absolutely loved everything about how amazing the manger and employee team were today to have our school’s fundraiser there! They made all of us feel so welcomed and loved!
