They gave me a very different pizza than what I ordered, one I cannot eat due to food allergies. When I called and asked if they could deliver me the right pizza they said I need to come pick it up.

This place can get jam packed at any time and the team handles it well! Just had an issue where drinks and sauces were forgotten... just so yall don't do it again yall gotta do better next time! Service and food is fire otherwise... its Domino's lol

Worst dominos franchise in the region. Very sadly the app has placed my address in their region - before I always was placed in the Watson St location. The manager of this location told me it is normal for the food to be 40 minutes cold before delivery from here - this gives you an idea of their idea of standard of service. Will never order from this location again.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews but I've always had good experiences here. They make good pizza, deliver fast, and if they've ever made a mistake they always make it right. All good for me!

It took 2 and 1/2 hours for Dominos to deliver the pizza; I was with the CEO of Dominos Pizza last week at a conference and he brag about this new dominos that we decided to give a chance after 15 years - it is worse than before it sucks don't ever buy from

Placed an order through uber eats forgot to add a sauce cup lol called the restaurant they say they’re not allowed to edit the order. I said it’s only a sauce cup can you give it to the driver he refused saying I’m not allowed to. That’s how you keep a customer I guess. A .75 cents sauce cup.

First time ordering from this location after moving. Ordered two large pizzas for pick up. Got home realized one pizza wasn’t what we ordered. Okay cool called back and then went back to pick up the correct one. Finally started eating once we got back. A few slices in I get a hair in the mouth. Just embedded into the pizza. Ruined the rest for me tonight. 2 stars because Dominos is on my regular rotation and never had this happen before otherwise 1.

This place has several significant issues with their management. My orders frequently come with missing items, once the delivery driver failed to deliver anything at all but marked the order as complete. Their phone line is unresponsive and vapid when it comes to addressing complaints, often putting me on hold indefinitely before just hanging up on me. I once found several hairs under the cheese in the pizza. Domino’s will be losing my business indefinitely due to the poor service and hygiene issues at this location. I will not respond to automated messages telling me to reach out via their ticket system, so please don’t concern yourself with responding, Domino’s.
