Having heard some good things, we ventured out as a family for brunch. I love a good diner and I'm always interested I'm finding a new one. The Virginian did not make the cut. We had a lovely waitress, the atmosphere was great, down to an elderly couple at the table next to our family's taking time to play with our kids. This restaurant has been here a long time and for good reason. Comfort food at reasonable prices. Not fancy food or decor, just good food served in an efficient and friendly manner.

I love this place but hate that they do not allow substitutes. Also many of the items are pre made and not from scratch. Now what I love is the small town atmosphere, the prices, the service most of the time and the meals. It's my go to place on Saturday. Usually always busy before noon. No reservations and seat yourself.
