“I've been going to the Silver Diner in Reston for over 15 years. Food is always good, new items added to menu seasonally, staff are real folks who are easy to talk with and joke with as well. You get a sense of "family" when you are there as staff and customers interact. Servers are fun people and make your day. Today was Rubia's day and she is special. Come out and see for yourself.“

Tried the classic country fried steak and Greek combo of spinach pie, masouka, gyro meat and Greek salad. Menu doesn't have the punctuation so I did not expect a sampler plate with huge portions. There's special menu on the board as well.

I agree with other reviewers that prices are fair and portion is generous. Vibes of the place is interesting and does feel like a typical diner and being in the 70s-80s!“

“We really like Denny's service and food at a good price. Indira, a server, make suggestions for the great pancakes. I think the strawberry ones were over the top. It is a family restaurant that is really friendly. Good menu for any time of the day.“

“I live in Maryland and the drive to get here was so worth it. The food is incredible, especially for the price. The service is very good, very kind and attentive servers. I come from a small-town rural area and can definitely say that this cafe emulated that small-town feel perfectly. You do not have to be a member or a veteran to eat here as well. “It's Amphoras! It's an institution! Great breakfast featuring a waiter in a tux! He was all business and got us taken care of very well! Biscuits and gravy were amazing and my wife had a delicious looking omelette that she wouldn't share, so great food. Not highway robbery. This is the diner experience Im looking for!

“At the I was there I was a customer there that was 20 years ago from 1999-2002. It was a great atmosphere everyone that worked there at the time were very friendly and I got along with everyone. I met alot of people and made friends there. I live in North Carolina permanently with family I left Washington D.C area in 2017 and I regret not visiting back at Hard times before I left. Hopefully when or if I come to D.C (Springfield virginia). I will definitely stop there again for a visitor. Does anyone remember me? Jeremy Page“
