Worst Dunkin ever. Donuts are old and employees ignore customers. This place should be shut down and a new Dunkin should be built in the area.

Manager was rude and unhelpful. I did a mobile order to this restaurant and got charged multiple times but apparently they did not see my order, even when confirmed on my phone the address was right and everything went through they refused to make my order.

I live nearby and have been walking here about once a week for the past year. The employees are always very kind and efficient. I usually place online pickup orders through the app, as do the majority of people who seem to come to this location. They can get VERY busy, so please be patient. The employees work very hard and will have your order out ASAP. If you place an online order and don't see it ready when you walk-in, just take a seat and wait a few minutes. My order has never been forgotten and rarely takes more than 5 minutes (unless it's incredibly busy, in which they will still be working as fast as possible). The employees manage to organize what is no doubt a chaotic intake of in-person and in-app orders; I'm always impressed that they do it so effectively and maintain nice customer service throughout.

Don’t order in person, your order will be last to all those who purchase through app. Even though they are preparing orders for people who are not physically present, you will wait. You can choose donuts at the register and they will give you the donuts. You must still wait 15 minutes to pour a cup of premade black coffee to go with the 90 second task of choosing the donuts. To be fair not the only place that has its priorities out of line. I parked and walked in store at 7:15. I left store at 7:48.

we go to this Dunkin a lot as it's the closest but id say 5-6 times I've got the wrong orders. I'll order a chorizo wrap and get chicken, regular glazed donut and get a strawberry, a blueberry muffin but I get cherry, glazed donut holes but I'll get assorted. shame on me for not checking every til but how hard is it.

This is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever!The lady’s that work here are lazy, unsanitary and rude. The lady at the cashier was touching a customers change and then proceeded to touch my breakfast sandwich with the same gloves. When my fiancé pointed it out the lady pretend not to understand English and did not take responsibility for her unsanitary actions.The food here taste absolutely disgusting. I tasted soap/detergent in my coffee and the croissant tasted old and it was extremely burnt and dry.Management needs to take action to improve service and quality of food.

I went through the reviews, and it was really disappointing to hear about all that mess!I used to sit there often when I lived near the Dun luring metro. Sad face :(
These people do not wash their hands. I see them with gloves on, however, pulling their hair back, rubbing their noses with the glovesthen preparing your food.

This is by far the worst DD location across all of Vienna/Dunn Loring/Tysons/Fairfax. Rude staff and I have never once had my order correctly fulfilled here. It is worth it for me to drive 10-15 minutes out of my way rather than come here.

This as average Dunkin. The service was acceptable I didn’t experience the problems other had. The selection of donuts at 8:30am was already a bit low for a weekday. I was disappointed by that. Also as I was eating in that day I didn’t find it the cleanest.
