I live nearby and have been walking here about once a week for the past year. The employees are always very kind and efficient. I usually place online pickup orders through the app, as do the majority of people who seem to come to this location. They can get VERY busy, so please be patient. Don’t order in person, your order will be last to all those who purchase through app. Even though they are preparing orders for people who are not physically present, you will wait. You can choose donuts at the register and they will give you the donuts. You must still wait 15 minutes to pour a cup of premade black coffee to go with the 90 second task of choosing the donuts. Manager was rude and unhelpful. I did a mobile order to this restaurant and got charged multiple times but apparently they did not see my order, even when confirmed on my phone the address was right and everything went through they refused to make my order.
