Love everything about Evelyn Rose. Best dinner I have had in years. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Desserts-Brownie/Duck egg ice cream sandae and Chocolate Panna cotta were yummy. Try the Butternut squash tamale! The venison chop, pork poterhouse and pappardelle pasta did not disappoint. Will be back!

We had such an incredible experience here! Everything from start to finish was absolutely outstanding. I ordered the tamale, the chicken, and finished with the brownie sundae — every bite was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. My husband went with the tasting menu, which was beautifully presented and thoughtfully curated; each course was better than the last. The service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling rushed. You can tell the staff takes real pride in what they do. We left already planning our next visit. Was looking forward as I heard great things, but my girlfriend had a dish which was like a pasta dish with rabbit meat in it, except the rabbit meat still had bones in nearly every bite and my girlfriend ended up having to pick around the meat since nearly every bite was met with a hard bone. Everything else was great, but this is a restaurant, and if the food experience (the main experience) leaves us with wanting to get more food elsewhere because one of us was literally unable to eat theirs, then it wasn’t an overall great experience.Next time, make sure if you’re intending to have a dish where you aren’t supposed to pick away at the meat that there’s also no bones.
