Love this place - it’s one of my favorites in the DMV area! I tried this place for the first time about 4 years ago, loved it, and have been coming here since. Even though I don’t live in the area any more - I make to stop by every time I’m in town.Delicious food - I appreciate that there are many vegetarian sides to choose from. The service is friendly and kind every time. Definitely recommend!
My friend really enjoyed her chicken kabob with a very fresh side salad and yummy eggplant side, sort of baba ghnoush. I ordered the lamb kabob—delicious! (I should have asked for it medium rare. Next time I will.) I had the sweet pumpkin side, which was also very tasty. The best part was the freshly baked bread and the slightly spicy cilantro sauce. The owner gave us a taste of a slightly spicy chicken soup, which was great. We will definitely come back to try more dishes.

The food is absolutely delicious. I’ve lived in Tyson’s for years and recently stopped in for the first time. If you’re for good Afghan beef kabob with nice personal portions and kind service, this is a hidden gem. Highly recommend.
