Fantastic dining experience we had today! They have transformed traditional Persian cuisine from all parts of Iran with a modern twist. Every dish and drink we had was very unique and had flavor complexities I did not expect (in a good way). Attention to detail and freshness was impressive…even the sumac was fresh (how?!)!
