Provides a place to grab a bite while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. However, the price doesn't make it worth a separate visit.

Eat here every other day. They have tons of options and for the food you get the price is not bad at all.

I usually swing by here to do maintenance and repair work on the dealers compressed air equipment. The last trip and this trip today I got a BLT and it has been on point! Plenty of bacon, fresh lettuce and tomorrow's! Plenty of Mayo! Makes the sandwich pop with flavor! Today I saw that they now offer iced coffee and French Vanilla Iced Coffee! I tried the French Vanilla Iced Coffee! Holy smokes it blows away any iced coffee I've had before and at $2.50 a cup it's a great deal! The staff is friendly. The cafe seating area is a bit small but I'm used to eating at or in my work van!

Convenient spot to eat while your car is getting serviced

Had to drop off my car for service. At that moment I just realized that I was still a bit hungover from last night and havent eaten anything since 2 am.. Luckily a mechanic told me there was a cafe around where all the other mechanics eat... I got the pancake platter with 2 sausage patties and scrambled eggs. The pancakes were nice and buttery with a slight crisp. Eggs and sausage were good too while I washed it down with free coffee from the service waiting room.

To start off, this dealership is just horrible. The finance guys and managers have no clue what they are doing. They had me write the so called "wrong amount" on the check and then 2 days later after i left called me and my bank stating i wrote the wrong amount. Why would i write a different amount when the guy is clearly standing right in front of me? He was so busy trying to sell an extra warranty that he f***** his own job up. Now, they are keeping our trade in vehicle captive, not giving us the new car title and calling my bank telling them to double my interest rate because THEY told me the wrong amount. It is requiring me to fill out a new auto loan application and fill the paperwork out all over again. They literally hooked us in and threatened to not give us the title of the car that we bought. They waited until the check cleared through my bank to make sure that we could not go else where after the check was written. DO NOT make our mistake. They will drag you down and hold you there. I would much rather have our old vehicle back and go to a better dealership down the street. Take my word for it and the other people who have had issues shopping here. You can do much better somewhere else. They could careless about the customers.

Horrible service experience! Had an apt at 10am, they didn't touch my car til 11:30 when I complained to the service manager, at which point the error code I came in with was exactly what was wrong. I was quoted $900 for spark plugs and wires. I called 3 other dealers in the area (not service shops) and McKay quoted $645 parts and labor, page quoted $600 parts and labor and ourisman quoted $765 parts and labor. They were utterly disrespectful of my time and the parts manager and service person I spoke to could not have cared less about doing anything to match other dealership pricing. In addition, they did an oil change without telling me and refused to honor their "military discount" until I got the manager involved. Donovan is a nightmare and the checkout woman when I asked if everyone was treated like this shook her head and said, "no ma'am I'm sorry". If you read other reviews you will notice a theme of women getting overcharged and selective application of their "military discount" Do NOT get scammed here!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Yeah this place is a joke. Oil change including a few minuscule extras $150 plus another $140 to run a diagnostic text. Then they want $600 for two new tires (which they didn't get) and more money for checking and changing transmission fluid. Oh and $500 for labor. And they charge a fee for using their "equipment." But this isn't all... I leave with my vehicle to discover it wasn't running properly. I didn't have an issue like this before which leads me to believe someone purposely messed around with the vehicle. I had to return the vehicle and was charged $300 more to make a repair to a sensor. I once owned a Cadillac STS that was cheaper to maintain. After this experience I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. I was thinking about a new SUV but I'm not buying any brand Koons sells. I'll take my business elsewhere even if it's to North Dakota before ever returning to Koons (should be called Loons) and hopefully you take your business elsewhere before getting screwed.

One of if not the most dishonest service departments in the area. Racked up a $1700 repair bill on a vehicle not worth $1000. Of the $1700, $1000 of the unauthorized work was verifiably unnecessary and did not fix the problem. The dealer then wanted another $1700 to change more parts with no guarantee they would fix the problem. The service manager stated that he felt no responsibility to inform the 88 year old customer the repairs exceeded the value of the car.
