Celebrated a birthday at Le Bistro. Food and service were spot on, as usual! Great wine recommendation that went with everyone’s entrée! Delicious, modern take on French cuisine.

Le Bistro is a great time. Great value, great staff, and a great environment. When we came in, the prefix menu was active which is really awesome because we were able to get the entrees we all wanted, and pay just a little more for soup and a creme brulee!
The staff was super attentive and friendly.
Overall, if you're a local or passing through, Le Bistro is a lovely, intimate environment with excellent flavors to explore.

We went with friends at 7:30 and there were four of us. I enjoyed the escargot and my friends liked the Pâté and onion soup. Pâté was a large portion so he took the extra home (fyi: he never does this!). I tasted the pate and it was delicious (great bread). We had two servings of mussels which were tender and fresh. We had two servings of Beef Bourguignon, which I enjoyed. My friend felt the Beef Bourguignon was too salty, but that's what I liked about it. C'est la vie! We will definitely return. It's a small place, and our waiter was attentive, making our experience very enjoyable.
Parking: We parked on Church Street near the Freeman Store which is an easy three minute walk.

Onion soup was tasteless and still contained pieces of bayleaf which we could have choked on. Morrel sauce was over reduced and starchy. Beef burgundy could have come from a can as the sauce was thin and greasy. Potatoes puree tasted and had the texture of grits. One of our party had issues after the meal.

The Good - Pate and Onion Soup were very good. Wine selection is nice too.
The Bad - Main courses - Steak Frites, Pork Chop and Duck Confit were mediocre at best. The Duck was especially dry and tasteless. Chocolate tarte for dessert was way too cold and tasteless as well. Crust was dry and hard.
The Ugly - Reservation was for 6:45p but we did not get seated until 7:30p. Host said "people arrived late and ordered late so sorry. Please have a drink at the bar until your table is ready." 45 minutes wait and they didn't comp us anything. Not free drinks, not even dessert. Oh and by the way they charge you extra to use a credit card. Seems like if you are in for fine dining at high prices, Roberto Donna should eat the credit card fees. Highly disappointing all around especially the customer service. Skip Le Bistro go to Evelyn Rose next door instead.

Food was great and service was exceptional. They easily accommodated a 5th person to our table and was even able to make the food come out at the same time even though they ordered significantly later!
Staff was super nice and sweet.

Good food and outstanding service in a relaxing atmosphere. The tables are not packed together, and it was nice not having to shout to hear each other. We had the spring lamb (excellent), beef bourguignon (very good), and mussels in white wine (good but very salty). Prices are about what you would expect for fine dining in the DC area.
Wonderful and exceptional service!

Delightful evening. Chef came out to the table and we felt very cared for by staff. Food was very good- recommend fish options. Crème brûlée delish. Tomato salad was good but not amazing- tomato taste felt less than one purchased right now at farmers market.
We tried LeBistro the first time and had a favorable experience I ordered boulieabaise of cod and liked it My wife ordered Lamb and found it tough to chew and sent ot back She got steak and frites as a replacement and that was good They were very apologetic and did charge for her meal They were so kind and willing to do everything they could to make up for the disappointing lamb
Disappointing 30th Anniversary Dinner. I had high hopes for our 30th anniversary dinner, especially after notifying them of the occasion in advance. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a letdown.
The meal was subpar, and the service left much to be desired. Not once were we congratulated on our anniversary, despite including it in our booking and informing the staff upon arrival. When I mentioned this to the waiter as we were leaving, he offered us a glass of champagne. By then, it was too late, and we declined and walked out.
To make matters worse, I've spent the last two hours in the bathroom with severe stomach issues. I can't fathom why this place is reviewed so highly. Our special evening was completely ruined, and we won't be returning and suggest you pass on Le Bistro as well. It's a shame considering we always had a great experience several times we've been to "Robertos", their sister Resturant.

This is a fine local restaurant with great food and a nice wine selection. The service is really good and they do not rush you. It is a great place for couples or for meeting a few friends. It is quiet, so you can actually have a conversation.
We were lucky to discover this new restaurant in Vienna VA. On a Tuesday evening, they weren't too busy. The food was outstanding and the attention from the entire team - exceptional !
