Celebrated a birthday at Le Bistro. Food and service were spot on, as usual! Great wine recommendation that went with everyone’s entrée! Delicious, modern take on French cuisine.
Le Bistro is a great time. Great value, great staff, and a great environment. When we came in, the prefix menu was active which is really awesome because we were able to get the entrees we all wanted, and pay just a little more for soup and a creme brulee!
The staff was super attentive and friendly.
Overall, if you're a local or passing through, Le Bistro is a lovely, intimate environment with excellent flavors to explore.

We went with friends at 7:30 and there were four of us. I enjoyed the escargot and my friends liked the Pâté and onion soup. Pâté was a large portion so he took the extra home (fyi: he never does this!). I tasted the pate and it was delicious (great bread). We had two servings of mussels which were tender and fresh. We had two servings of Beef Bourguignon, which I enjoyed. My friend felt the Beef Bourguignon was too salty, but that's what I liked about it. C'est...
