We ordered Pitzza and it was supposed to be ready at 7:20 pm7:30 we asked why it’s not ready and the guy at register ( Ahmed ) said because we order crispy pitzza .He lied and I saw them just put the pitzza in oven and we waited another 15 minutes .

Came in today with my friend they only have flat bread pizza that’s all …. Sauce has NO flavor watered down it’s sad so so disappointing.. got a medium 12 wings 2 side salads for $65 … I’ve had better pizza from Walmart frozen isle no thanks never

Pizza is very good, service isn’t the best, ordered pizza was told 20 min and took over 30 so had to wait over 10 min when I went to pick up. But place looks nice and pizza taste good. Just need to improve there customer service.

I love the Ledo pizza chain and first opened this Vienna location years ago. Mark use to be owner who everyone remembers and loved. He sold it the new owners who do stuff to cut corners which is ridiculous since the prices are the same and the quality of the food has gone down. With opening and working in this restaurant the precooked bacon IS BAKED IN THE OVEN WITH THE PIZZA. They now COOK THE BACON BEFORE HAND and put it on top of the cheese pizza when it COMES OUT. I’m NEVER coming back here and suggest you don’t either
There was mold in the parm cheese, when brought to employee attention they only dismissed and excused

Love Ledo's and love this location. It's very family friendly and the staff always makes us feel welcome! It feels like a family run pizza joint that appreciates and recognizes the locals which is hard to find.
