One of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. We placed an Uber Eats order with a standard pickup time of 15-20 minutes. We arrived after 30 minutes, only to wait an additional 20 minutes while they kept serving walk-in customers without even acknowledging our order. After asking 2-3 times about the status, the staff casually brushed it off, saying it would still take longer. When we asked them to cancel the order, the response was shockingly rude—he simply said we could leave, and he’d cancel it on his end. No apology, no explanation—just pure indifference. Absolutely unacceptable!

can get pretty busy especially because of how cute it is! location is a bit odd and there’s not much parking but it’s definitely a hidden gem. staff are lovely and so are the food/drinks. they do take reservations for parties i believe but tables are open for anyone to drop by (just keep in mind that in can get busy and there is limited space inside). definitely coming back again!
Wheelchair accessibility: no wheelchair accessibility since the entrance to the shop is up a couple of steps, but im not sure if they have a ramp in the back or anything.

I went here for the viral cup of strawberries with chocolate. The strawberries did not disappoint. However the service did. We ordered 1 cup of strawberries and an expresso and we waited for 35 mins. It was ridiculous. I want to give this place another shot because the strawberries were delicious but the service was so bad it makes me not want to try again. They need more people or better training or both. But they need help because there was no reason our order took so long.

The lokmas are so good, highly recommend the lotus and white chocolate flavors. You can mix and match the boxes, which was good.
Parking: Free parking just make sure to pull in all the way if you’ll park in the spots off of the main street.

The place was a bit dirty this time, the chairs and the tables had not yet been cleaned from the day before. They are famous for the lockma but the first time I was there, their lockma had more filling, this time was basically a lot of fried dough. It was not as good as a few months ago. Their price is pretty high too and they were out of forks and strawberries which was odd.
Price was expensive and staff was not friendly. Desserts were good though.

It is a beautiful space to grab a coffee and a dessert but having as a first impression a bad costumer service from the cashier ruined the experience for me. Not only she gave us judgy looks for the changes we were making in our lattes but she was also very impatient. Got our lattes poorly mixed, were the pumps got in the bottom of the drink so it tasted straight like a regular latte until we had to mixed by ourselves properly, also the lattes were really cold, not hot enough… there is a lot of things to fix.

I loved the Dubai chocolate bar! I’ve been looking to try it for a few months and it did not disappoint! The place was very cute with decorations! And the bathroom was nice and clean!
