Scam alert! Had a terrible experience at Lily's Chocolate Cafe. Ordered 8 pcs of lockma for $14.66, then ordered 5 more for $15.21. When questioned, the staff couldn't explain the price difference and refused to refund. Avoid this place!The guy is very rude when he is talking to me.Stay away from this place please.

I went with my friend, we got the strawberry thing and a coffee. it was almost 50 dollars!?!?!? That is just crazy . And it was a FIVE piece! And it did not even taste good ? I was very disappointed ngl! But the place looked really nice . I we were waiting for our food for over 30 minutes! There was only one person working ?♀️ I expected more especially with all those good reviews ?Kid-friendliness: It is definitely not kid friendly ! There is a lot of stuff that kids could break or choke on.

I've been to Lily's at least twice, and really love the milk chocolate lockmas. They are pretty understanding of nut allergies as well. The Turkish coffee is amazing, and so is the Spanish chai I had during my last visit. It's hard to find seating, however, and some of the tables makes me feel like they are too close together, so that is my only critique. Otherwise, I highly recommend Lily's and would consider coming here again.

Pretty place yes, nice backdrop yes. Place is small the same for the coffee cups. If you order a hot drink plus a bite be ready to wait long, they won't be ready at the same time and one will not be hot by the time it gets served even if it is to go.

This was my 3rd visit to Lily's chocolate & and coffee. I took my aunt, and she LOVED IT! The first time I went was with my son and wife, who were here to visit during the holidays from California. We went to the one in old Town Alexandria which is also super cute, only issue is parking, but that's pretty much the pain everywhere in Old town I do not have enough words to say how amazing, cute, and extremely delicious everything is in here, specially the Biscoff Lockma (my favorite) also the pistachio lockma is delicious as well.. all of them! Lol and the chocolate cover strawberries are amazing, too. Service is top-notch! The environment is super cozy, and the shop is super cute. You will want to take pictures on every corner. I'm attaching some pictures from the one in old Town Alexandtia and the one in Vienna :)

Tried the chocolate Lockma and a special coffee drink, also tried the Turkish coffee. The shopkeep offered me an extra bit of coffee to go, the shopkeep was super kind and explained the menu. They offer high teas with 48 hour warning.The Lockma are like little filled beignet, with various sauces which enhance the flavor, they’re both soft and crispy. A must have! I would try the ruby ones next which were topped with strawberries.Also kind customers and a lovely interior, the chairs were comfortable, but be careful on the steps up on a rainy or snowy day(can be slippery!)Overall left satisfied and would return, a local Vienna treat.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Lockma!Dietary restrictions: Lockma are flour based.Kid-friendliness: Lovely small shop, great for kids to enjoy and nice low seats.

This is what you are being served here, tea in glass full of dust. As a small cafe business the owner should do more than this. Instead of apologizing the owner was telling me that this is not dust it’s tea steam. Here is the proof.
