How I wish I could give Saint Germain Catering 10 Stars! We had a catered lunch reception at our home following the burial of my brother at Arlington National Cemetery. I had no idea what I wanted but Carrie Westbrook and Mina Ebrahimi were extremely helpful developing a wonderful menu including beef tenderloin, crab cakes, sides, passed hot appetizers, desserts, and drinks. Guests came from all over the country to honor my brother and everyone commented on how delicious everything was, what beautiful buffets they created and especially how seamless the service was, led by Hugo. They set everything up while we were at the cemetery. When we entered our home, we were amazed at the complete transformation in our home. They created several serving areas, complete with flowers, which allowed guests to easily circulate. They quietly picked up used items. They were so pleasant, courteous, and extremely efficient. The bartender was wonderful. After the event wound down, they quietly packed everything up, asking how to wrap up leftovers. I showed them where I had dishes and without a word they took over. It was hard to know they had even been there. So many guests commented on what a beautiful event this was honoring my brother and how much he would have loved it. Thank you, Saint Germain Catering. This review is probably getting too long..... but I also want to mention we also ordered our entire 2023 Thanksgiving meal from Saint Germain's. They set everything up for our buffet the day before including chafing dishes for hot items, all laid out on white tablecloths. It was wonderful. We simply heated up the meal and enjoyed the best Thanksgiving dinner we ever had, including over 45 I made myself! Everyone raved about the turkey, the ham, all the side dishes. And we then had delicious leftovers for days to come. We plan on always ordering Thanksgiving from Saint Germain Catering. Our guests were from Florida and California, and all agreed - The Very Best Ever Thanksgiving Dinner. Thank you to Carrie Westbrook for all her patient planning help, and to Edwin and Nelson who set everything up, so we were ready to go on Thanksgiving with little effort.

My firm hired Saint Germain for an event and we were so happy! They food was plentiful and delicious (we had the Yummy Tummy sandwich trays with a garden salad and cookies/brownies). Everyone raved about good it was and marveled at the large selection. Delivery was timely, so I wasn't left wondering when they would show up! We even made a change to our order the day before the event and Stefany took it in stride and accommodated us. We will be using their service again!

How did I not know they were right in my backyard?! Had them cater a work lunch for 25. They tweaked some of the items to fit our needs (ex: light sauce in the pasta, but extra on the side). Food was delicious. We had chicken, meatballs, 2 types of pastas, salad and bread. Decent size servings too. My boss and I did a tasting first. Good lawd, for a small fee you get quite a bit of food. Very friendly, courteous and prompt. I would definitely use them again.

I communicated mostly with Morgan when it came to organizing our event. She was very prompt with responses in helping to coordinate our event and very professional. We hired St. Germain's for my wedding. They were professional, and easy to work with. Food was delicious and cooked well to our preferences. Morgan is phenomenal to work with helpful, and professional. I enjoyed the various types of meals such as the Around the World Buffets. I used them for my 50th birthday celebration for 50 people. It was sooooeasy to use them. Anne was fantastic about advising me on what would work since I had no experience throwing a party like this. The food was incredible! Bacon wrapped scallops, crab cakes, sushi, beef sandwiches, and more were so delicious. The service staff was amazing. They cleaned up, passed hor d'oeuvres and we were kind but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

Saint Germain catered my mother's 70th birthday party back in July. They were amazing. Morgan was incredibly patient and helpful as I was coordinating a surprise birthday from another coast. We got Saint Germain to cater our wedding. My husband & I were beyond satisfied. Here's why:1. In a world where other businesses upsell& price-gouge couples for weddings, Saint Germain was transparent all the way through. When we asked for quote, they gave us a very clear list of packages they offered (i.e. how many kinds of appetizers & entrees & the price per person, not some fluffy non-descriptive name) and an interesting menu to choose from. They also were honest about the costs of labor, upgraded chafing dishes, utensil rentals from the very start, all of which were reasonable for a 50-person, buffet-style wedding.2. Stefany & Carrie in their front office were also on top of communication. They accommodated various guest allergies & dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan/vegetarian, nut allergies). After our tasting, we were also able to request a switch from chicken breast to boneless chicken thigh. They were also flexible with various changing headcounts & plans.3. We got a lot of compliments on the food, especially from our vegetarian guests. The mushroom strudel and the crispy cauliflower with zhug were a big hit. Perhaps the biggest compliment was that we had the least amount of leftovers we've seen at a wedding so far, because guests went back for multiple helpings and took some home.4. The setup & service was also very detail-oriented. They set up the buffet such that the meat dishes were earlier in the line & the vegetarian/vegan dishes were later, so that people with no restrictions would fill up their plates first, leaving the people with restrictions with more than their fair share of food. The two servers were also mindful of our mixed indoor/outdoor setup & tended to guests in both spaces. They also helped me avert a cake accident when some of slices started to tip over, even though we didn't get cake cutting service.

Wow!This was my first experience utilizing a caterer to source and manage an outdoor party. Luckily for our family, we selected Saint Germaine from Vienna (Tyco Road) and they were absolutely the right choice! Fantastic!I had received 3 references for a caterer and chose saint Germaine. From the moment I called (Carrie) I knew I had made the right decision as she was just so accomodating, patient, and flexible with me and spending the time explaining the process to a newbie like me. The follow-up communication by email was fantastic as her responsiveness was an A+.The 8 appetizers (290 pieces) and the buffet dinner we chose was really, really tasty! I was actually surprised that catering food could be that good. The event was an outdoor engagement party and Carrie's (Saint Germaine) assigned 4-person team of a Captain, Bartender, and 2 staff all did everything and my wife, daughter, and fiancee were free with no responsibility except to mingle, and enjoy the scrumptious food and great service.! The 4-person team arrived promptly 2 hours before party start and set-up all the tables and serving ware. In addition, 2 weeks before party start the Saint Germaine "Captain" came out to our house and we jointly decided on how everything should be set-up. The Captain's experience in set-up was great so we knew the party set-up was perfect.And perhaps the ultimate compliment to Saint Germaine, besides my best and top rating, is that several of my Vienna friends wanted me to forward me their contact info!Thank you Saint Germaine and Carrie!
