This is my go-to spot anytime I’m wanting a bagel or just breakfast in general. I’ve never actually visited the restaurant, but I have had it delivered MANY times over the last 3-4 years. Because I haven’t actually visited the restaurant, I can’t speak on the customer service or the atmosphere, but I can speak on the food. It has never disappointed. I had a wonderful perfectly toasted e everything bagel at the Vienna location. Unfortunately as I ate my bagel, o observed ed staff technically contaminating the food. They were gloves on the left hand only but used both hands at the register, handling mo ey, handling their cell phones etc. I also observed a delivered box set on the food prep surface and opened . I only noticed a glove change once and never o servedhandeashing. This totally unsat

On taste alone they get 5 stars, however on 2 recent trips they have gotten my order wrong and it was too late to ask them to fix it by the time I opened the bagel sandwich. Today I paid extra for them to add cream cheese to a BE&C and they charged me but didn’t put any cream cheese.
