This was an unexpected delight all around. I admit I was skeptical when my friend who was treating me for my birthday pulled in to the parking lot. From the outside it looked like a reclaimed gas station. On the inside, very humble but clean venue with only seating for maybe 25. But as soon as the sole waiter/greeter appeared I was hooked. Unassuming spot, if you need faux green walls and neon signs to double the price of your meal for no reason this isn’t the place for you. Great four course menu, loved the service, food was delicious and very well executed. Didn’t leave hungry or over stuffed - just right. I’m rooting for them and we’ll certainly be back. This is the type of neighborhood, local, high effort place we need to support as foodies.
Had the dinner tasting menu. Insanely good food relative to the price point; only $59 per person for a four-course tasting menu. All the dishes were delicious but especially surprised by how yummy the fried green tomato was and would 100% recommend. Definitely plan to come back and look forward to seasonal menu changes.
