My favorite "fast" food restaurant. Quick service, consistently good quality, friendly and helpful staff. 2023 update: still fantastic.

This is the best Noodles location in Northern Virginia because Sandy makes sure the food is done right and she's such a nice person. I hope she gets a raise or promotion because she's the one there making people feel welcome.Vegetarian options: Japanese pan noodles great dish for vegans.

I ordered through doordash. When the order arrived it was wrong. I called the store and spoke to a Very Rude manager named Sandra. She told me that I was wrong and received what I ordered. I asked for no mushrooms and extra spinach on one order and it came loaded with mushrooms. I used to love this place but my experience today and the rudeness of the manager have left a bitter taste in my mouth.

WOW I was shocked how rude the girl who took my order was(06/08 at 1 pm ) no greeting. No hello she acted like we owe her money. If you don’t wanna work and be nice to your customers , don’t come to work you just hurting the business.

Pros:*Ordered Spaghetti w/Meatballs on 1st visit + Penne Fresca (w/marinara sauce, mushrooms, + corn) on 2nd visit - bowls tasted fresh + delicious.*Well-balanced menu - $7 value bowls, ethnic bowls, noodle variety, + even vegan meats.*If you get an entree + join loyalty program, you will get your next entree free (promo doesn't cover protein add-ons, though).Cons:*Adding protein to any bowl will increase the price by $3.75-$4.25.*Offers 2 sizes - small + regular. Regular portion is too small for an adult + not filling - no 'large' size is offered.*No vegan cheese - sucks for dairy-free/vegan peeps that want mac's or tortellini's.Overall: Pasta bowl fast-casual concept w/tasty food, fast/friendly service, + no real competition. Would return for a $7 value bowl (no protein), if I wanted a light snack or was craving ethnic noodles (pad thai, etc). Otherwise, I'd opt for making pasta at home, primarily due to small portions.

The Pad Thai was very dry & tasteless. The chicken was awful not like real chicken. More like nuggets. Yuk. This was my first & last time there. Too expensive for this kind of meal & quality.

Alright, I’ve been holding off writing this review for the sake of the establishment BUT as I was walking in to place an order I saw them AGAIN…. This place has critters. Cockroaches. 2/3 times I’ve come to this location I’ve seen them. Once they greeted me as soon as I entered as if they were a hostess and the most recent time I saw one scurrying along the baseboard near the cashier. I didn’t say anything but walked out and have gone out of my way to another N&C location just because of how putt off that made me.You guys make great food. The staff is friendly, just please fix the pest issue.

Lots of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. I enjoy the zoodles when I want to eat light. The young folk working the registers are really sweet and will even bring your food out to you on their outdoor patio. The only con is the parking lot is a pain to navigate but it is conveniently located next to a cookie shop.
