Could I give less than one star? Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time. They have always been very slow, but the final straw was waiting *40* minutes for "Rapid" pick up. People scheduled to pick up after me got their food first, though it was pretty random - walk-in orders we laughably slow as well. I finally just walked out. I will never return, possibly to any Panera.
This location constantly fails to get their Rapid Pick Up orders correct. Normal walk-in service is acceptable, but Online Ordering/Rapid Pick Up is a mess - quality control is poor. Shame on me for giving them the benefit of the doubt several times. Just walk in and enjoy lunch there - you'll get what you actually ordered.
