The pizza themselves are just not the quality I would expect from papa johns, a lack off all the core ingredients except bread, the skimp on cheese toppings and sauce and you can tell. I've gone 3 times since its the closest by far by my house BUT will have to make the drive to the next one down because this pizza is a disappointment.

I used to order for the entire office from this location! I will NEVER do this again. they just lost $600 in orders a week due to a DISGUSTING employee by the name of ERIC. Who has done nothing but destroy the pizza buying experience by sending us the wrong ORDER MULTIPLE times and threatening to continue to do so if we made “complicated” orders again. DO NOT BUY HERE. EVERYONE STAY AWAY. THE PIZZA IS TRASH ever since ERIC has been employed here. I will remove my review when he has been terminated from this establishment.
I hate giving bad reviews, but this place should be ashamed to be in business. I’ve never once had a good experience here, food is always wrong, cold, and late. Literally a pizza from a random dumpster would be more appealing than getting it from here. Do not recommend at all!

This is the worst restaurant. In Tysons Corner, the reason is that the employees, firstly, do not know how to deal with people. Secondly, your order may be ready with them and you wait a long time because they do not care or check the orders in order for them to deliver the order to you, and this is why people always try to cancel their orders.

Avoid this place at all costs. Just came out of it - 10 workers inside, not a single one wants to actually talk to you or do anything. Got some cinnamon pull-aparts and they tasted horrible. Threw out the entire box.
