On this very rainy and dreary Sunday afternoon we found ourselves in Patsy’s American, and burger and “Q” restaurant adjacent to Tyson’s. What distinguished them from other places is first of all the food (recently rated the best bbq in the DMV) and the exceptional staff and service. Our server, Leonardo, was very attentive on a very busy afternoon for them and he was readily available to answer any questions. We even had a conversation...
Johnny was one of the best servers I’ve had in quite a while. He was genuinely attentive, and it was clear that the entire team and staff here truly care about making sure customers feel well taken care of. I genuinely recommend giving their food a try. The atmosphere is wonderful, and their service is consistently excellent.
We recently returned to this restaurant and had an enjoyable meal. The steak frites was delicious, and the steak was cooked to just the right temperature. The ribs were tangy and sweet, with a generous portion size. The salmon is always a great choice at the Great American Restaurants, and we also tried the salmon appetizer, which came with rice crackers and their remoulade sauce. The margarita was also very good.
