Our office has been going to this location in Vienna, Va for years! Today was the first time that I was thoroughly disgusted with everything about our experience.
Our table has a what looked like a pubic hair, root and all!
Before I could even start eating, I noticed another black curly hair on the plate!
My boss started to eat his chicken and there was a hair on his chicken!
When the food was replaced, it was dry and very small pieces!
I don't know who the guy was who was constantly in the dining area sweeping the floor and stirring up dust on our food!!
He also did not wash his hands after mopping to take our food order and then give us our cups for drinks. Putting his fingers all over inside our cups!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We should have been reimbursed for this disgusting experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By far the best customer service I have received in a long time. I felt the true southern hospitality in this location. The gentleman that assisted me was very kind when I came to pick up my order on Mother's Day. 10's across the board. Everyone here deserves a raise!

Ordered 2 combo meals. We typically get water with our meals and was more than dismayed.to be charged 55 cents extra for 2 cups of water. We patronized this restaurant.and spent substantial money.on 2 meals and they didn't have the courtesy to allow us water free of charge to help wash down the dry chicken. What is next, charging extra for forks, napkins, butter etc.? This attitude shows a disdain for customers and pojects a very poor level of customer service. I hope the nickel and diming was worth losing a customer over, because I will now be dining elsewhere, most likely with your competitors.

Service needs to improve. Placed order online was told pickup at 9:10. Order wasn't ready. Had to wait 12 minutes until 9:22pm (order 30). Got order and the fish fillet was dry. Very dry. Had 3 fish sandwiches ordered and they were to be fresh tasting but unfortunately very very dry. Had the same sandwich two days before and tasted nothing like this.

Food takes longer to be prepped here and you might have to wait (usually 10-15minutes) but in my opinion the food is good. just depends if your patient enough

I’ve been to this location 3 times during my break. It opens late every day the manager is extremely rude. I’ve had to put the nozzles in the soda machine myself in order to get a soda.

I ordered from this location 2 times this week and both times they got my order wrong. I ordered chicken sandwiches NO Mayonnaise and Cole slaw. Both orders were wrong as they added Extra mayonnaise on my sandwiches. They couldn’t get my side order right as well. I ordered Cole slaw (not for me) and that gave me red beans and rice the first time I ordered and mashed potatoes instead of Cole slaw on my second order. They have one Job and they failed miserably. Don’t eat here if you have any food allergies. They don’t care if they make people sick.

Don’t come here. I don’t know what their deal is, especially the manager. She’s rude and she doesn’t care how she treats customers cause she seems to be getting away with it. On my most recent visit, I came at 11:15 PM (they close at 12) and was told they “no longer have chicken” but there were MANY pieces of chicken on display (specifically spicy ones). She said “oh those are cold” and while I said that was ok, she refused to sell them anyway. Then when I asked if there’s new ones coming out she said “no” because they were “closing soon”. Ridiculous. What are you doing 45 mins before closing and you’re unable to sell the chicken you already made or make a new batch???

i always had great experience with Popeyes and this branch as well. But today, I was so disappointed, I redeemed 600 points on my Popeyes app (I have bunch of points as I am a long term customer)for a spicy chicken sandwich and this is what I got, see the picture(I only had one bite of the bread). A small and thin piece of chicken meat , I think it’s only half size of what I used to get for the sandwich. If it’s only because I redeemed it from the app, then please cancel the reward program at all.

So I waited 17 mins for my chicken and it came out hot and fresh! I ordered 48 pc mixed chicken spicy for my family and I. Sides were mashed potatoes and biscuits, always got to order the whole Jalapeño as well! Took it back to the crib and it was fantastic. The staff was amazing too. Will be back if I need a fried chicken fix.
