Decided to order two takeout koobideh platters - easily feeds two adults and two kids. Comes with a large and well buttered rice, charred tomatoes, naan, and juicy kabob platters. Highly recommend takeout if you can’t wait as it is always busy!

Shamshiry opened in 1993, and I’ve been going there since I was a kid in the mid-90’s. And will continue to do so. Nothing has really changed. Continuity over change.

I have been coming to this restaurant since 1995, but unfortunately, the service has significantly degraded. The food quality and portion sizes are still great, but the service on my last visit was very poor. Most concerningly, the server added a 20% tip to my bill automatically without my approval.
