Not What We Expected We were really looking forward to trying Shamsiry Express. We thought it might be connected to the famous Shamshiry restaurant, but it turns out they're not related at all! Honestly, we were pretty let down. The Persian food, especially the kebabs, just didn't taste right – they weren't authentic at all. The service wasn't good either; it was slow and nobody really seemed to care. And to be honest, the place didn't even seem very clean. We left feeling very disappointed.

As a first time customer at this location, my dad and I were greeted by a very rude gentleman behind the counter. He was very rude. I asked for his name since he was not wearing any name tags and he paused and asked why do you need my name!!
we just walked out. with that attitude, I didn't even trust him or anyone else in the back preparing our food. There is clearly no training and no customer service what so ever.
This happened on Monday, May 5th around 1 pm.

Their employee running the cash register is very clearly inebriated. He is off balance, slurring his words and can’t recall the orders he’s taken. Right after placing my order and paying he asked me what I wanted and tried to charge me again. He is also yelling at people calling in to place orders. I’m reporting here because the owner is apparently on vacation and I want to ensure s/he is aware and that there is record of this incident.
Very disappointed. I usually buy from Alborz and real Shamshiri. Today I was in hurry and got Kobideh from them. Bad quality rice and bad Kobideh. Will never go back
