I came here for lunch with coworkers on a weekday. There were plenty of spots when we arrived before 12pm but the place got crowded after 12pm.
The cashier was friendly and flexible with all customizations my team requested. My team ordered two social burgers, two golden rushes, a plant based burger, onion rings, and sweet potato fries. All food came out in 10 mins or so, which was fast enough.

Reviews are spot on. Haha fantastic Gold Rush burger which was tender and juicy. Really liked their home made pickles that added a nice touch. It's a bit tight dining inside and the metal chairs could be uncomfortable to some. Looking forward though to trying some of the other menu items soon.

First time I ordered inside, and got the Social Burger and fries, both of which were great. This time I ordered from the app, and got a custom turkey burger, which was also excellent.
I'm in Vienna regularly these days and expect to be at Social Burger regularly as well.
