I don't know what was up with the Baristas but they were extremely rude today. I was trying to get a drink I used to make when i worked there, a Short matcha latte with heavy cream and an extra scoop. But i havent been there in a long time and I kinda messed up on ordering. Obviously I was struggling and the cashier wasnt really trying to help me out, just started getting annoyed. Any barista could've figured out what i was trying to make based on the instructions i was giving, they just didnt feel like being patient today. Then the store manager rudely derailed and asked if i wanted espresso like 3 times. Then mispelled my name for a girls when it got it. The whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth.

This one is 5 stars for the staff, quality, and atmosphere. Rolled up on a Saturday around 3 just after thanksgiving. Super friendly staff, personal touch on my order and just the right amount of dialogue. Prompt service. No loud music nice and quiet. Coffee was just right!

Honestly, this is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The whole team is super friendly and always makes me feel welcome. You can tell they really care about their customers. The manager is awesome — always greeting people with a smile and good energy. It’s just one of those places where you actually look forward to stopping by for your coffee.

Amazing service. I watched the manager, Sara, handle a potentially explosive situation with another customer with such finesse that I just had to come and leave a positive review. Very empathetic, pragmatic and helpful. It was like watching a master at work. The food too was great. Wasn't stale like most places. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Made me feel welcome. Absolutely love this Starbucks! The team is always super friendly and welcoming. The drinks taste amazing, the food is fresh, and the vibe is so peaceful and cozy. It’s one of my favorite spots to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommend!
