Sarah and her team could not be nicer. Not only is the food good and the coffee good but the service is excellent. They are all kind and very hard-working in this location. I have come in every day for the last three months and have had a wonderful experience every time. I recommend this location thank you for the good service

Submitted a mobile order on the app after 11am. Wait time goes from 7-10 mins to 20-25 mins. I did a walk in, my iced coffee on the counter, but the food is not ready. Observing a couple of employees, talking to each other. The sandwich is in plastic on the table and not warmed up. Nothing there in the oven to cook.

I'm disappointment. I'm a frequent customer, I cant recall the most recent time a mobile order was fast and took 3-6 mins. Maybe 2-3years ago

It’s a low key kind of hidden location, but I think it’s the best starbucks location in the dmv. Their espresso is consistently rich and good, I love how they still use big ice cubes, and their customer service is very good

The store was open before 6 but door was locked. The Asian girl worker was inside already saw us waiting and ignored us. She made us wait 10 minutes. After that we left. Garbage schedule and punctuality!!!!!! Be Better management team!!!!!! Manage your people.

i ordered a breakfast sandwich, nobody called my name, i didn't see it on the counter once when i was sitting across from it, when i asked where it was they lied to me that they called my name several times and THREW IT AWAY and said they aren't serving it anymore. got a refund and i am never going back.

I have been with Starbucks since the beginning and I’m still a huge fan and I’m sure will always be. However, I must say this specific location on this specific day Was much less than par for Starbucks. The employee behind the counter, Sara, was quite prickly and matter of fact from the beginning, bordering on being a bit rude. We spent approximately $26 this visit. I received a slice of pumpkin loaf. When what I really wanted was banana loaf. I may or may not have ordered the proper item however, I do not like pumpkin loaf. When I approached the employee, Sara with my dilemma, she stated in a very curt manner, Sorry you’ve already touched that there’s nothing I can do with it, but I can sell you a piece of banana loaf?? Because thats what you ordered, I believe I ordered the BL. Great or even Good Customer service? In my opinion, NOT! Typically my experience with Customer service at Starbucks has been nothing short of spectacular Sara on this specific trip. Definitely did not come close to even meeting my expectations.I am open to feedback.

Ordered a mozzarella and tomato sandwich and they put a vanilla scone in its place. I also had to remind them that I ordered a biscotti as they forgot to include it in my order. Really poor service and incompetent employees.
