I'm bad at giving reviews to the places I love, but gotta start somewhere, might as well start with Sushi Koji. The food here is stupendous, and the servers are incredibly polite. The inside is clean and tight with good decorations, able to fit lots of people and not be loud despite the small space. I do wish they'd play more japanese music and not just american music. Tonight I had the Mentaiko Butter Udon, and tried the Bluefin Tuna tamaki and the Salmon Belly tamaki....

I rate sushi restaurants primarily with their nigiri platters. The attention to each piece as well as the presentation told me everything I needed to know.

This was before we got to the quality of each piece (high quality stuff)

As someone who’ve been to many Japan trips, I can say this place is definitely up there in best sushi restaurants in NoVA

Cute and quaint little spot! We've had the tonkotsu ramen, a couple sushi rolls, bulgogi, and fried rice. The fried rice was ok but everything else was absolutely delicious! Very flavorful, filling, and fresh. Prices were reasonable. Service could've been better and more attentive but the waiter seemed pretty busy so it was understandable. Highly recommend!
