The pastys are all excellent. Others complaining about the value - while I understand, I am OK paying a premium for an excellent product. Here’s the problem: I’ve been here three times, and it always takes literally 15-20 minutes to get checked out with like TWO people in front of me. I mean it’s already made in a warming window. Cork it, put the pasty in a bag, and keep the line moving.
This is the only place we’ve found in the US to get real Cornish pasties. They have traditional fillings as well as many unique fillings, and seasonal specials as well. They also carry special classic British baked goods for holidays. Their selection of shelf stable goods includes lots of condiments and snacks. We usually stock up on frozen pasties but they also have hot and ready ones. I love that they have several vegan and vegetarian options as well, and one is always available...
Their pasties are true to tradition and very tasty. Always have a ready supply on hand with many varieties. My favorite is the Traditional, ground beef, potatoes, carrots, onion in a flaky pastry shell. Delicious!
