Love love love this sandwich shop! We usually get the KBBQ and the Banh Mi, but the cheese steak and chicken pharm are also a hearty meal. Best feeling when you take these out for a picnic meal.

Greeted by an army of sandwich makers, The Sandwich Shop is a well oiled machine. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. I came because of the vegetarian options and opted for something I would never normally try: the broccolini and sun dried tomato sandwich. Sometimes this tactic pays off, other times it’s a bust. Regrettably this choice didn’t pay off. I won’t hold it against them too much. It was a risky choice; I guess I don’t like sundried tomatoes as much as I thought I did. The bread however was great, and the atmosphere perfect for a lunch. I’ll try again another day and update the review.

I have been looking for a go-to sandwich shop and finally found it! I got the KBBQ and my mom got the mushroom Swiss sandwich. The bread is fresh and the fillings were great. There is a patio to eat outside and inside they have beer on tap. It's located in a cute part of Vienna where you could walk around after. Will be visiting again!

I've gone past this place before and am I glad I finally gave this place a try. They have a variety of cold and hot sandwiches. I tried out the spicy chipotle chicken sandwich which was both filling and delicious. It wasn't spicy but the chipotle mayo gives it a ton of flavor. The place can get pretty busy but they crank out the sandwiches pretty fast.

Fast service and delicious sandwiches! For my first time there, I ordered the pork and broccolini sandwich. The pork was tender, the roll was pleasantly crispy, and the sandwich really hit the spot on a rainy, dreary day. I was so excited to eat that I forgot to snap a picture for this review! I'm looking forward to going back and trying more of their wide selection of sandwiches!
First visit, 2 pm, Saturday, March 2. Bustling with dozens of customers, thought our 2 sandwich order, both cold and hot, would take a long time to be made. It was ready in five minutes. I realized at that moment that I forgot to ask for toasted brioche instead of multigrain bread. "Any chance at this point to change the bread out." Absolutely was the answer, not a problem, we are here to make sure you get what you want. An immediate changeover was done. Both sandwiches were loaded with top quality meats, turkey and corned beef, cheeses and for mine, perfectly cooked bacon and ripe tomato. Beverage can was ice cold, as was sparkling water bottle. My Club sandwich at $9.50 was a bargain based on quantity and quality. The Reuben was equally praiseworthy especially considering the cost of brisket today. Piping hot and equally stuffed with quality ingredients. The staff function with speed and precision and their approach to customer satisfaction is superlative. Because of this, a visitor may expect there to be few seats available at lunchtime, as the restaurant is not large. Regardless, the price point and the quality/quantity/service factors make this a 5 star winner at any hour.

Not very good. I was intrigued due to the reviews and was impressed by both service and speed as the girl who took my order was very nice and the food came out quick. However, I got the steak and cheese and it wasn’t very good. There was way too much onion… so much that I had to scrape some off… and the flavor wasn’t standout. The fries were the best part, but they weren’t special either… similar to fries you’d get at a stadium and a bit greasy. I probably won’t return.

Friendly service. Not too busy on a Saturday. Restrooms were clean and fully stocked. Food was prepared quickly and was hot and flavorful. We enjoyed our experience. Seats could've been a tad more comfortable, though I guess it encourages you to eat and go. I got their interesting take on a Cuban, read: not flat, which was odd, though still yummy. I would go back again the next time I'm in the area.

The staff is very friendly. We came here for lunch on our way back from DC. Ordered 4 sandwiches and two bags of chips totaling ~50 which was reasonably priced. Food was ready in less than 10 mins and tasted great. No issues and we would definitely come back again. It's also close to other boutique shops. Great place for a sandwich. 5
